I was looking for a class with a specific focus on healthy food (diabetic & cholesterol friendly) that is high in protein and low in carbs. They’ve made a plan specifically for this which worked out great for me. Quite beginner-friendly and at reasonable rates. The chef (Saloni) is also very knowledgeable about all the ingredients and the scientific process behind cooking - so for someone like me who has no idea about why things are done in a certain way, it was quite helpful. I had a wonderful time at the Indian cooking class hosted by Saloni and her husband in their lovely home in Bangalore. Saloni made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed.
