Good clean place. You can create your own combination of ice cream and toppings. Once your ice cream and toppings are placed in the cup it is weighed and you get to pay based on the weight (in grams).

Coming to the service... the guys behind the counter will just provide you with whatever combination you ask for. There is absolutely no suggestions from them. If you pick a combination which may not go well together they will never tell you that (basically they don't know and cannot give you a suggestion or advice). You might end up having plenty of ice cream combinations but one which doesn't taste great because that combination is not great.

They can easily have a suggestion card which can provide some 'Great combinations' or 'Best selling combinations'.

Also the guys behind the counter don't have any customer service orientation. They'll just react to you but without a smile or eagerness to serve you.

You may not go there again after 3 or 4 times because of the above reasons.

Update after more than a year:

Things haven't changed much. Poor customer service. Today I asked for Tiramusu and Coffee and Creme because Tiramisu has Coffee flavour. The guy added a large scoop of Coffee and Creme to tge Tiramisu. But the Coffee and Creme was extremely bitter but the guy wasn't even aware of it to put only a small scoop of Coffee and Creme so that the entire ice cream doesn't...

Ibaco is perhaps the best place for having an icecream.. And there are 2 very big reasons.. And I can challenge anyone to prove me wrong.. First off.. The flavours.. They are amazing range of flavours and the tatse is so good that you sometimes feel that till now whatever I have had in the name of icecream.. Be it Kwality walls or Baskin Robbins etc.. Have been worth what comes out an animals behind.. Most other icecream I have leave an extremely bitter taste in the mouth.. But not at this place.. Even their candy bar is so tasty that for sure you will never have the Magnum that they sell in India. .. 2nd reason.. Well they sell according to weight.. So if you want have less you can have less.. If you want to have more pay more..such a simple yet brilliant way.. I wish all ice cream vendors were like that.. My only grouch is that they have such beautiful looking icecream cakes.. But the only issue is they don't sell it like slices.. If they do that I am sure more people will taste their icecream cakes... That is perhaps the only reason why can't give them a 5 star rating.. Otherwise this is my go-to-place for icecream for the past quite some years.. Even better than corner house for me.. Corner house's quality has reduced in the recent years.. Happy...

The ice cream here is exceptional! The vanilla was one of the best I’ve ever had, with a pure flavor that really stood out. We also tried the Belgian chocolate and fruit bonanza flavors, and both were absolutely incredible—each flavor came through so richly that it was more than just sweet; it was a true experience.

They offer a great variety of flavors that I’m excited to explore on future visits. From classics to unique combinations, there’s always something new to try, and I’m confident it’ll be just as delicious as what I’ve had so far.

As for the price, it’s definitely worth it. For the quality and the experience, it feels like good value. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for memorable ice cream and a genuine...
