I visited this outlet today hoping to grab a quick bite before an important work call. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high expectations, but was let down by both the service and the food. Firstly, the customer service was quite poor. I specifically asked for assistance in finding a table near a power outlet so I could attend my meeting comfortably, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me. They were not bothered to go the extra mile, which was quite frustrating. Secondly, the food was just okayish. I ordered the Pasta combo, and it was definitely not up to the mark. It didn't live up to my expectations at all. Overall, my experience at this outlet was disappointing. While the location might be convenient, they urgently need to work on improving their customer service and the quality of their food to ensure a better experience for their patrons. This was the second time that they took more than 1/2 hr to bring the order and the chicken tikka sandwich was just chicken pieces with some random sauces poured over, same like this paneer tikka sandwich with raw huge chunks of paneer n few veggies on top. Iced tea with nothing other than tea and ice, no sugar and no lemon. Usually i am very patient in restaurants but today was one bad day. Got everything left on the list packed bcz i was pissed off waiting for my food. I don’t know if they have lack of service staff or lack of supervision. Today I went to the recently opened, The Coffee Brewery, located near place. The ambience is very good. It is a place where we can spend time at our work or for timepass like playing board games with your friends or kids. You don't have to pay any amount for playing it. The English Breakfast with Chicken Sausage that I ordered is great and also their coffee latte. This is a unique cafe joint that has everything. If you want to work from home, you can come here.
