Very sloppy work for a place like dominos. I waited for about half an hour to just place the order. Not because it was crowded but because all of their staff were busy talking to each other and having fun. They were laughing and enjoying while I was still standing at the counter. Finally when it was time to order, they did not have about 3 pizzas I wanted. I had to order what they asked me to. By now it was about 40 mins after I had reached the counter. It was time to make the payment. Their card readers did not work. So I paid them through Gpay. They came back to me saying they did not receive the money and that I will have to make the payment once more. They said I will get the amount back into my account within 24 hours. It's been 3 days and I have not received the money yet. The tables were not cleaned. After 1 hour of reaching the counter we could not even find a place to sit down. But the staff had not stopped laughing and having fun. 15 mins later the food arrived. The tables were not cleaned properly and the pizzas were dry as my foot. What was supposed to be a peaceful time with family turned out to be rather an unpleasant experience. I ended up eating substandard food received the worst service and paid double the money. Rather than going to Dominos please go to Koels pizza which is a few...

Had this very horrible and cheap tactics from Dominos pizza Kothanur….my daughter had ordered pizza and chicken wings online via Swiggy two mins after placing the order was told chicken wings not available at the store and will be refunding the amount of that Particular item, which my daughter agreed again two mins later she gets a message the refund amount has been sent to the dominos wallet as point’s without her consent. On calling domino’s my daughter said it should be credited to the source account however they kept justifying why they sent it in points which was not needed……at least ask firstly ask how do u need the amount credited in source account or in the form of points which was very disgusting .they should have sent it in her account directly secondly on insisting was told it will be given in 48 hours ridiculous behaviour….Actually Dominos you have a standard don’t stoop to such unprofessionalism and cause inconvenience to...
