Domino's Pizza | Chandra Layout, Attiguppe, Bengaluru — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have had worst experience with Dominos Chandra Layout. I had place online order on 11th Feb 2024 via Dominos app and opted for takeaway. I received a message stating the order is ready for pick up at 9:38pm and I walked into the store at 9:40pm. Upon asking at the counter the first person told it will be ready in another 4mins after checking in the kitchen. Later after 6-7mins again I went and asked another person who went into the kitchen and came back stating the order is getting been ready and is getting packed and it would take about 3mins. Later at 9:57pm I again walked to the counter and checked. This time the staff went inside and denied to come and answer me. The app also did not give...

Underwhelming Dominos pizza experience. I and my kids were really looking forward to the Dominos pizza which we ordered, but unfortunately it did not live up my expectation. Firstly the delivery took more time to deliver when compared to the time committed, up on that when I tried to raise a concern the tool said the product was delivered on time.

When the pizza finally arrived, I and my kids were disappointed ☹️ to find, the Pizza cold and unable to eat.

For a Premium price I expect dominos to provide a premium product, rather than cheating customer.

This will be the last time I order from Dominos and let my team order from dominos.

A typical Domino's outlet - which means the ambience is not that great. The boring tables and chairs, large wallpapers of pizzas and people, a TV that barely works and a music that keeps playing.

Main thing is of course, the pizza itself which was actually better than those I've had in other outlets. Should there be such differences? Not quite sure. But the pizzas definitely tasted better.

If only it were located on the ground floor. The stairway to the place is very congested and there is no option for elevator. This is keeping in mind senior citizens who wish to visit there.
