Consistently poor service from this particular outlet. Have placed orders through the Domino's website and through Swiggy/Zomato. This outlet often misses one or more parts of the order. The customer service is also very very bad - the team provides excuses all the time "server was down", "the replacement order is on its way", "the agent who took your order finished his shift" - we have heard it all. Nothing happens.

We have not lost money so far, it's refunded, but orders are always messed up, delayed significantly...

One of the worst experiences I've had. The food packaging wasn't done correctly and the box was soaked in some oily liquid. The branch never has the ticketing system turned on and I usually wait. Once a pizza was ready, I asked the staff if it was mine and he yelled at me to look at the order number being displayed. Simply unacceptable behavior. Your employee Tilak is too arrogant and thinks he owns the whole company (can assess the way he was talking). The order is late (more than 30 minutes) and instead of telling the reason or being apologetic he says he has too many orders to be taken care off and won’t answer to customer queries. Kudos on having such great customer service all the best of having more business with such employees (sorry, owner I should say. With the way he talks). This is pertaining to order number...
