If you value your money, PLEASE DO NOT COME here ever, this is the worst Domino's outlet I have been to in my life. Firstly, in other Domino's outlet, you can almost see the entire pizza making process, here the process isn't visible, only the part where you see things coming out of the oven. Secondly, I have come here 2nd time and they have again messed up my order Last time when I came since it was their first time, I forgave them and decided to give them a 2nd chance today but they disappointed me yet again

My order today was, Garlic cheesiken without rice Chicken parcel Pepsi and Spicy roasted wings (without the seasoning)

First of all, even after 20 mins of wait, I didn't receive my order. I went to the counter since they called out and order id which was placed after mine, then I realised that they had mixed my order with someone else's After waiting for another 10 mins I was that they gave me cheesiken with rice Roasted Wings with the seasoning (I really don't like their seasoning with the roasted wings) Parcel and Pepsi was ok

I feel either their workforce is not sufficient Or they are not trained properly how to handle orders.

P.S. : Last time I had ordered a cheese and jalapeno stuffed garlic bread, in which there was no jalapeno, hardly any sweetcorn , very minimum cheese and the outer covering was thick and raw, very very disappointing

Domino's if you want to keep up your business please please pay attention to outlets like these which are ruining your...

Food taste is nice, but otherwise it's very bad. No cleaning takes place. This place is understaffed and the staff are busy cooking and they usually don't have a cashier. They usually say that we should order via app. And they randomly keep shuffling this online vs offline thing. It's more unpredictable than Bangalore rains.

The time taken for the order to be ready is much more than what's mentioned on the app. The order status on the app doesn't match with the reality.

For home delivery, suddenly this place become unavailable for orders after ordering, and becomes offline. By that time, our money is deducted, and we need to check our accounts whether our money has been refunded or not.

Add they don't have enough staff to care about whether the tables are cleaned or not.

The seating is limited too. It's not enough for the crowd. Right now google maps says that this place is not too busy, but guess what, already some people waiting for orders don't have place to sit.

Not a place to visit during dinner, lunch or peak hours.

This is a very bad domino's branch overall. It needs a lot of overhall, or another Dominos nearby, to share the burden of the crowd. This would be my last visit. Tata, bye bye, see you,...

Never ever go to this store, don't expect customer service here, and no way and point of standing in the que for your turn, she should be observed me,i and one more customer in front of her, and no one was there,after that customer she supposed to attend me, she was attended two of online ordered customers which they want to pay at the counter later she is start taking order the third person,which he came after 5 mins of me, without saying anything, I am standing right front of her, and this is not the first time, this will be fourth worst experience at domino's pizza branches. Will never go in future, she never apologize for her behaviour, and she totally lost and she don't know to, how to take orders and interact with customer. After I started questioned her why are skipping the person and taking order to the third person, she simply no sir, that sir..after that I totally not interested to have pizza thr, simply wasted my time. I just walked out .. Will never come back.. Try to give a better service,no value for money..dominos becoming a worst 👎👎👎 pizza brandbrand especially in customer service.. You have a quality products, but no use if you treat the customer like this. Try to learn from roadside...
