I was here with my friend on 25th Oct, when there was India and New Zealand cricket match. we ordered 2 combos and one stuffed garlic bread. Person at the billing counter was in a hurry and didn't listen the order I said. I noticed that he has billed only one combo when he repeated the order. I stopped him there and told to change my order to two combos and one stuffed garlic bread. He said we will get our order in 15 mins. As we were waiting, we asked one of the staff members to change the channel to star sports to watch the cricket match. He refused to do so and said it is not allowed to play the cricket match on tv here and the channel which they want all their customers to watch is National geographic where a show was on in which a snake was eating a frog and rat. How disgusting it is to see these kinds of shows while eating in an restaurant! Instead they could have switched to the cricket match.

We got our order at the correct time, but the order that we received was wrong. Even after repeating it twice the billing person billed only one combo. They were not bothered to give us the coke also till we ask them in person. Oh! by the way you will be eating your pizzas with very few houseflies here!!!

I recently visited the Domino's outlet in Bengaluru and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Don’t ever plan for dine in, never ever. The staffs here are super lazy. We were made to wait outside for more than 5 mins cos they were busy to check our temperature, after repeatedly requesting one staff bothered to step outside and check the temperature , the machine was so outdated I wonder if it really worked. She just took our number for formality sake and finally let us in. N I wonder what were they doing all the while making us wait outside, there were hardly any customer for dine in.. once again staff at the counter made us wait for another ten mins to take our order. We ordered stuffed garlic bread and Mexican green wave, the staff over there forgot to give the tissue(which is a basic thing) had to request them for a tissue too.. N the garlic bread was undercooked, the pizza tasted so bad... we planned for a good evening snack and ended up tasting the worst pizzas of our life. Will never visit dominos...
