The pizza was of the Domino's quality. I think it is almost the same everywhere as the dough and the ingredients are transported from the central kitchen to all Domino's outlets. The elements which makes a store standout from others I believe are staff behaviour, time taken to serve, store ambience and hygiene. This store ticks all the checkboxes of the criterias I have mentioned in the previous sentence. The store was busy during dinner time and I think I was there at 8.00 PM on a Saturday evening. The order was not delayed. The only complaint I have with Domino's is the price of the soft drinks. I do not think the quality of coke, sprite or fanta is different here from the ones sold outside. When it is available for INR 40 Rs outside, these guys sell them for INR 55 which is unpardonable for a brand as big this. I do not seem to understand the logic behind overpricing of the beverages. It is better you avoid the drinks and get a bottle of coke or the drink of your choice from a store outside before going to any of the Domino's quick service restaurant's, only then these guys will start exploiting the...

I am a regular customer of Domino's Pizza at Wilson Garden, and I have always appreciated the quality of the food. However, I had a disappointing experience on Saturday, April 5, 2025.

On that day, I visited the Domino's store directly to place an order. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for nearly two hours, which was a significant waste of my time. Moreover, the bill amount charged was much higher than what was displayed on the mobile app, even after including GST.

When I inquired about the discrepancy, the staff behaved very rudely. One of the employees, whose name I do not know, was overheard speaking in Tamil, saying, "Don't take the lesser amount; take the higher amount." This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Eventually, after a prolonged argument, I managed to get a refund. However, the overall experience left me deeply dissatisfied due to the poor...

One of the worst outlet ever visited street food is better than this the stars you are very unhygienic..... The fellow staff cleaned the tables took the waste things directly to the kitchen n discarded to dustbin n continued to work in the same gloves without changing the gloves started to prepare a new pizza they don't even have a minimum common sense where have cleaned the table and she wants to change the gloves that to in this pandemic how do they work so careless.... the staff doesn't even have uniform not a cap maybe new staff but hygienic is important the Jubilant foodworks is going so worst do this dominos people have a food audits???
