Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Today I ordered 2 farm house medium pizzas thru IVR call. The delivery address given to my office address only for small celebration. After I got pizza's I seriously fed up with this Domino's delivery girl. I clearly mentioned add more ketchups along with chilly flakes and oregano. Due to delivery boys unavailability, that girl came and delivered. She handover me pizza's, chilly flakes and oregano. I was shocked. She has not brought ketchup's. When I'm asking her about this, she given irrelevant answers. The ketchup's not mentioned at the time of call, not specified on bill and all. Here another surprise thing is if none of boys available, how can this store people accept the orders? If we not mentioned ketchup's don't they have minimum common sense need to bring ketchup's? I literally felt bad on this service. The store also located just less than a km only. She refused this option as well.One more thing is I thought at the time of delivery, provide QR code of Domino's. Because I had a voucher coupon. That girl even not brought the QR code. Even not tried get thru WhatsApp. When I asked this, she again mentioned no one is there at store. Then why she came for door delivery. I'm not wrong, I'm highlighting the girl name here. Her name is Veena. Thank u so much veena for your great service. Only because of you, I couldn't utilized my voucher coupon, without ketchup's couldn't enjoy taste of pizza (both me and our team) and your refusal to bring ketchup's. Is it possible to eat plain rice without curries? or Gravy? or even at least curd?...

First, the location mentioned on the Google Map is incorrect. It is almost 300 meters away from the map location. Second, the Staff neither understand English nor Hindi. It was really tough to communicate. Third, while Dine In, they took more than 45 minutes to serve. However, the SMS has come after 15 minutes of order placed about the readiness of the Pizza. Fourth: There was not much space to sit and eat, the ambience was the worst ever. While waiting for my Pizza to be provided, I was watching the ladies who were preparing and cooking the Pizzas etc. They were working bare handed, and without masks etc. There could be a hygiene issue.I would not recommend to go and buy pizza from this restaurant, better order via app, one can also get the discount from app. In Dine-in or pick up options, you may watch the pathetic process of cooking and you wouldn't eat pizza from Domino's ever. At last the Pizza was tasty and as expected in the taste. The biggest joke from the Domino's in response to my email with review link see below. Fact is I spent more than an hour in the restaurant and both the ladies did not leave the place for handwashing. Surprisingly, Domino's did not address other points. World Class services acclaimed with poor response.

Not up to the expectations. We have been frequently ordering from this outlet for the last two years. However, the quality of pizza is only degrading. Keep ordering again, only to give it another chance and also for the love of hot cheesy pizza. But seriously not worth. Mostly the upper cheesy crust is partly burnt. Toppings are sparse. I guess roadside pizzas are cheesier, tastier and have more toppings at any small regular outlet. This outlet also discourages dine-in always for some or the other wierd reason.

After going through other reviews I realised that this store really has many issues with respect to staff behaviour, hygiene, quality and standard procedure etc. This outlet should definitely go down. I wonder when their management will take cognizance of the malfunctioning and take action to improve the Shantinagar outlet. Surely not ordering again until then.
