I had hugely been disappointed with the way you treat your valuable clients and make lot inconvenience to them. I understand at times due to heavy orders, you tend to deliver food late. But on two such occasion specially last order I'd with Swiggy app-order I'd no-113847256524-September 4th, order was getting delayed for almost two and half hrs. That too at night around 11 pm. Post waiting from 9:39 pm. No calls attended by restaurant as well as delivery guy. Isn't it most callous attitude on your part? ? If food is getting late, customer must be updated. Very basic thing. The Faasos at RT Nagar has the same menu as the brand, across multiple locations in Bangalore. As part of the review program, I tried their Jumbo Chicken Wrap and the Chicken Sausage Wrap.
