I had high expectations for this restaurant after reading so many positive reviews, but my experience turned out to be quite disappointing.

Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive, which was frustrating in itself. When the food was finally served, it was completely cold. We had ordered fish curry meals, and not only was the curry cold, but the fish inside was icy, suggesting it had been frozen and not properly reheated. To make matters worse, we found two strands of hair in the curry, which was extremely unhygienic.

We also ordered lime juice, which tasted stale—as if it had been made from spoiled lemons. After one sip, we couldn’t drink it.

Hoping the flavor would salvage the experience, I took a bite, but the food lacked freshness and seasoning. It simply didn’t live up to the hype or justify the wait.

Additionally, when we went to the receptionist to provide this feedback he was completely unresponsive and least bothered to hear us.

I was genuinely looking forward to a satisfying meal, but the slow service, poor food quality, and lack of attention to detail left me thoroughly disappointed. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues, as it currently falls far short of the expectations set by...

Took more than 30 mins to bring 1 porotta, 1 egg appam, Malabar meen curry, 1 chicken Biriyani Ordered 1 milk tea, after 20 mins had to cancel it as the waiter said it will take a bit more time and the tea will be late Porotta was full of oil and looked and tasted like it was readymade one took out frozen, heated and given Egg in the appam was hard boiled and not sure if the person even knew how to cook this basic thing Basic Fish curry which only had coconut milk, ginger and chilli as main ingredients was also pathetic and tasteless, not sure how they have maintained this art of ruining each dish, thats surprising, quantity was less for 300 rs Chicken Biriyani the funniest, some white rice was mixed with a tasteless chicken roast and given

To top up the experience, the place was filled with dreadful mosquitoes which were coming and sticking to our plates in huge numbers. Altogether such a waste of money and time, not sure what took them so long to give such readymade things, went there with a hungry stomach and returned with frustrated heart

Dont spoil the name and fame of Kerala food like this, Such...

1. During busy days like Onam, Vishu, they don't ley customers book in advance. They make you come directly and make you wait outside for 3+ hours in the congested space in front of the restaurant. On Onam day (15 Sept), people reached there at 12:30 PM and they finally had the lunch at 3:30 - 4 PM.
2. The man who was standing at the reception to take down guest details was very rude and he lacks managerial skills + common sense. Unfortunately he was given the responsibility to manage the guests and let them in based on seat availability (the whole process was a disaster).
3. We even saw people leaving in disappointment after waiting for 4 hours in the hot sun, without food and water. This included pregnant ladies, aged uncles and aunties.
4. On top of all these, they were charging some INR 800/- per head for a lunch worth 350/- alone. Some curries and sides (especially Sambhar and rasam) were not at all great. Payasams were too sweet and tasted condensed milk.
