I visited Frozen Bottle with my friends last weekend and we were delighted by the variety and quality of their frozen desserts. We ordered some of their signature thick shakes, ice cream jars, and waffles, and they were all delicious and refreshing. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the manager Vignesh was very polite and friendly. He made sure we had a great experience and gave us some recommendations for our next visit. The ambience was cozy and inviting, and the place was well sanitized and maintained. I would highly recommend Frozen Bottle to anyone who loves milkshakes...

Customer is the one who ruins your business well in this pandemic situation people are visiting your shop Is only because Of your brand and the taste.... But today I have got the worst experience from one of your lady staffs.... Her behaviour and attitude is ridiculous..... She doesn't have manners to respond us....... Dropped by Frozen Bottle recently and it’s a pretty cool spot right on the main road. Super easy to find. Not much space to sit, but honestly, it’s the kind of place where you grab a shake and just chill for a bit. I had the KitKat Oreo and Chocolate Hazelnut milkshakes loved the KitKat one more. The prices are mediocre, but the taste and the whole “watch-it-being-made” vibe kinda balance it out. Definitely a good place to check out if...
