Tucked away in one of Basaveshwar Nagar’s residential by-lanes, is ‘Socialize’, a cosy, charming boutique cafe 🌿 — It is situated in an old building, renovated to accommodate an architectural office (MindMaps), a boutique and workshop, and this cutesy cafe 🌿 — I liked the easy, cosy vibe of the place and the greenery around with the no nonsense minimal decor🌿 — Coming to food and drinks, really liked the following: 🥪Chilly Cheese Toasts - laden with fresh veggies but so well made that you’ll love the flavours 🍕Margherita Supreme - they’ve recently introduced pizzas in their menu and I loved the toppings (which you could customise to an extent) and the crust! 🍹Mint Lemonade - super refreshing; just the perfect drink on a scorching summer afternoon 🍮 Brownie with ice cream - the dessert option we can all bet on; creamy and chocolaty- best way to end your meal — Also tried their Mongolian Pot Rice - decent quantity but the sauce is on the sweeter side so go for it only if you like your rice with sweet sauce. Which gives old nostalgic vibe...firstly Margarita Supreme was filled with sauce, cheese n toppings which tasted delicious... It was quite thick n we were almost full.... Banofee pie was their latest addiction.. It was proper amount of sweetness i would prefer in my deserts... But also felt a lil dry too... Mint Lemonade was so refreshing, chilled and minty, Cold coffee was really yum with perfect creamy texture... Ambience was so cozy, cute apt for 2-3 ppl at once... Not for larger crowd... Coz they have very lil seating n can accommodate upto 20-30 ppl max at once i feel...It also has inhouse boutique and Architectural office... Service was slow.. It's a house turned into a restaurant. The ground floor has a boutique and the restaurant is on the 1st floor. It's open air. The table where we were seated didn't have a fan. We were sweating after having food. Then we asked the staff about the fan and they brought the cooler. Why should they have to wait for us to ask?

The setup is pretty cozy and lively with warm lights and plants everywhere. The ground floor has a mini garden with a mini pond aquarium full of tiny fishes. 2 wheeler parking is on the payment in front of the restaurant.

Food is mostly Italian. Crispy noodles was amazing. Pizzas were great too and were crispy and came in rectangular shape rather than round. Garlic bread was tasting good. The cheese balls were okay and there were 6 of them. Lasagna was okay too. Pasta wasn't good and it also had 2 pieces of garlic bread in it. They have white, green and red sauce for the same. Potato wedges were too big and we didn't find it interesting. They were 10 pieces.

Seems like my body isn't used to too much cheese and it was a hard time for me to digest the dinner that night. If you are not a cheese lover, you may ask them to use it less...
