Taste is authentic Punjabi, good food at an average price. Quantity is good enough to feed 2 people. The only con of this place is the sitting area. There are only 4 tables which can accommodate total of 16 people. Mostly busy on all days " due to good food" so wait time is high. If you are visiting this place for dinner on the weekends, my suggestion is to either visit it before 7:30 or post 9:30. Otherwise, in those 2 hours of peak time, you may have to wait for half an hour or one hour to grab the seats. A kind of noisy place because the staff is preparing the food beside you. My favs: chicken fry, ghee rice, butter chicken, Punjabi chicken and of course a glass of lassi as dessert. Good food at a very affordable price. Must try their aloo paratha, paneer paratha, and lassi. I visited this place many times. In the starting, they used to deliver a big glass of lassi but in my next visits, I noticed that they have replaced the glasses with small size glasses for the same cost. For your information, lassi used to cost me 40/-. I think they deliver the best taste at affordable price. Money...
Read moreNo comments about food. But behavior of the person behind the counter is rude and unwelcoming. I ordered two lassi worth 80 bucks and had 500 note with me. I asked him if he can give me change. His reply was, "l can't give you 500 change for just two lassi". Meanwhile his assistant placed two lassi glass in front of me. He asked me to use paytm in a rude tone. My phone had low battery so it died while I was trying to pay. I informed him about it and quickly he asked his assistant to remove the glasses. That was not just rude but insulting. He could have easily given me the change.
Punjabis and Sikhs are known for their welcoming and helping nature. I narrated the whole incident to my best friend who is a Sikh and he asked me to never visit such unwelcoming place again.
