Read more"I stumbled upon this charming reading cafe and was delighted to discover a hidden gem! Not only was the atmosphere cozy and inviting, perfect for getting lost in a good book, but the food was a culinary treat.
I had Nachos with guacamole and a perfect delicious broccoli soup and was blown away by its creamy, rich flavor! The soup was made with fresh, tender broccoli that was perfectly balanced with a hint of garlic and a touch of cream. The texture was velvety smooth, and the portion was generous. What truly impressed me, though, was the depth of flavor - it was clear that high-quality ingredients and careful preparation went into crafting this delicious soup. If you're a fan of broccoli or just looking for a comforting, healthy option, this soup is a must-try!
I had high hopes for a satisfying pizza, but unfortunately, it fell flat. The crust was soggy and lacked crispiness, while the sauce was overly sweet and lacking in tanginess. The cheese was sparse and didn't quite melt to perfection. Toppings were unevenly distributed, leaving some bites bare and others overwhelming. For a pizza lover like myself, it was a letdown. Maybe they were having an off day? With a bit more attention to detail and flavor balance, this pizza could reach its full potential. Until then, I'll be searching for a better slice.
The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed to relax and enjoy my meal. Whether you're a bookworm or a foodie, this reading cafe is a must-visit destination. I'll definitely be...
Read moreHerbs n Olives in a new Italian place in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. The place is actually a house converted into a restaurant. The place is of decent size from inside. There are large open windows at the top. The ambiance is fantastic with area work on the walls and many trees all around. There are many books as well which one can choose to read. They also have real and nature icecreams.
We tried their Spaghetti Aglio olio pasta which had garlic, broccoli, onions, olives and cherry tomatoes. The toasted bread was buttery and absolutely delicous. The pasta was of decent portion and tasty. Topped with parmesan cheese. The Broccoli soup was good if not great. Very subtle in flavours.
Next we had their Fresh Mint Soda. The taste of the drink was refreshing. Lastly we had the Hawaiian Fantasy Pizza. The pizza had Pineapples, onions and Jalapenos and was thin crusted. They bake all their pizza in a wood fired oven. The taste was outstanding. The Roasted Mushroom and Shallot Stroganoff had a bowl of herbed rice along with mushroom white gravy. It was heavy on the stomach but tasty. Went really well with the Mint Julep their mocktail of this classic drink.
Overall an incredible place with...
