I recently had the pleasure of visiting the new outlet of IDC Kitchen in HSR Layout, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. One of the first things that caught my attention was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The staff were all donning masks and gloves, and the kitchen was spotless, giving me confidence that the food I was about to eat was prepared with the utmost care and hygiene. The staff were also incredibly attentive, greeting me with a smile and answering all my queries about the menu. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and I felt like they were genuinely excited for me to try their food. And boy, was I blown away by the food! The tawa idli was a standout for me - soft and fluffy with a crispy exterior, it was an absolute delight to eat. The butter masala dosa was equally impressive - the dosa was perfectly crispy and the filling was rich and flavorful. And the South Indian meal thali was a real treat - it came with a variety of curries and sides, all bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Overall, I highly recommend the new outlet of IDC Kitchen in HSR Layout. The clean kitchen and attentive staff add to the overall experience, and the food menu is top-notch. If you're in the mood for some delicious South Indian cuisine, this is definitely the place to go!

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and was blown away by the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the overall experience. One of the standout dishes for me was the Puliyogre - a tangy and flavorful tamarind rice dish that was absolutely delicious. I also tried the Pudi Edli, which was incredibly light and fluffy, and the South Indian meals, which came with a variety of tasty dishes that satisfied my hunger. But what really impressed me about IDC Hotel was the attention to detail - the food is served on banana leaves, which adds an extra layer of flavor and authenticity to the dishes. And the butter milk that I had was the perfect complement to my meal. Not only was the food fantastic, but the ambiance of the restaurant was also top-notch. The food is outstanding, but unfortunately, IDC seems to have overlooked hygiene standards. Staff members are handling food without gloves, and the absence of a hot spoon sterilizer is concerning. We urge you to uphold hygiene standards; we trust IDC with our meals, and it's essential to maintain that trust. HSR now boasts a fresh breakfast spot - IDC Kitchen, offering top-notch South Indian delicacies at reasonable prices. Whether it's their Rava dosa, Podi Thatte Idli, Ghee Dosa, Masala Vada,Maddur Vada or aromatic filter coffee, each dish exudes a distinct flavor that's sure to delight. Give them a try and share your favorite dish below! Their South Indian breakfast is unparalleled; the idlis are as fluffy as clouds, and the dosas are exceptional. Dear IDC Management, I am writing to share my recent experience at your HSR Layout location, which I visited today. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory due to several issues I encountered. Firstly, both the dining area and the kitchen were extremely dirty. There was water all around, making it difficult to move without stepping into puddles. This not only posed a slipping hazard but also gave the entire place an unhygienic feel. Secondly, the service was exceedingly slow. Despite ordering simple dishes like idly, dosa, and poori, I had to wait for an unusually long time. The atmosphere at the counter was chaotic, with many customers shouting and competing to get their orders. This lack of organization was very frustrating. Moreover, the hand wash area was also very dirty, with water all over the floor, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. I hope you can address these issues promptly to improve the cleanliness and efficiency at your establishment. Thank you for considering my feedback.

The first thing that caught my attention was the open kitchen concept, allowing you to witness the chefs preparing your food. During my visit, we tried the Ghee Tatte Masala Idli and Ghee Masala Dosa, accompanied by a cup of filter coffee. The dishes were served hot and fresh, which added to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this outlet to all South Indian cuisine lovers. The food is absolutely delicious, and the quality is top-notch. The self-service concept adds a unique touch, making the experience more enjoyable. The outlet has a lively atmosphere, and you can witness the chefs prepare your food with utmost care.
