Title: "A Memorable Dining Experience at Imperial Restaurant - Congratulations to Ajay Soni!"

Review: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Imperial Restaurant, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance was elegant and warm, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing evening out.

We were fortunate to have Ajay Soni, who is now promoted to a higher position, take care of our table. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. Ajay greeted us warmly and helped us navigate the menu, offering excellent suggestions that perfectly matched our tastes.

Food: The meal was an absolute delight. We started with the signature appetizer, which was bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. The main course was equally impressive – the lamb shank was tender and cooked to perfection. The flavors were bold yet balanced, showcasing the chef’s skill. We also enjoyed the chef’s special dessert, a decadent creation that ended the meal on a sweet note.

Service: The service was top-notch, thanks to Ajay’s leadership and attention to detail. He checked in with us at the right times without being intrusive, ensuring that everything was perfect. He also made sure our glasses were never empty, and when we had a minor request, he handled it swiftly and with a smile.

Overall Experience: I can see why Ajay Soni’s promotion was well-deserved. His knowledge of the menu, coupled with his excellent customer service, made our dining experience one to remember. Imperial Restaurant has always been known for its quality, and this visit reaffirmed that reputation.

Recommendation: If you’re looking for exceptional food and impeccable service, I highly recommend dining at Imperial Restaurant. And be sure to ask for Ajay – his hospitality will make your meal even...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Imperial Restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant and modern decor of the restaurant, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

The service was top-notch, with attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff who were happy to make recommendations and answer any questions about the menu. Speaking of the menu, it was extensive and offered a wide range of Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

I started with the tandoori platter, which was a delicious assortment of grilled meats that were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. For the main course, I tried the chicken tikka masala and butter chicken, which were both outstanding and full of rich and complex flavors. The butter kulcha was the perfect accompaniment to the dishes, fluffy and buttery.

The real highlight of the meal, however, was the special chicken item that was recommended by the waiter. It was bursting with flavors and spices that were unlike anything I've tasted before, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and delicious Indian dish.

The overall ambiance of the restaurant was also great, with a warm and inviting vibe that made me feel at ease. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the dining experience, from the beautiful presentation of the food to the thoughtful touches in the decor.

In summary, the Imperial Restaurant is a top-notch dining destination that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable Indian food experience. From the delicious food to the excellent service and beautiful decor, it...

So, I recently ordered their Dragon Choupsey — expecting a punch of bold Indo-Chinese flavors. What I got instead was… a bowl of regret. 🥴

From the very first bite, it felt less like Choupsey and more like a confused soup of spices, with a personality crisis. No balance, no texture, and absolutely no flavor worth mentioning — just a fiery assault of red chillies floating in oil, with zero soul.

I politely shared this with the staff, mentioning it tasted like chilli-flavored hot water at best. The person taking the order nodded awkwardly, but here’s where it got interesting — the manager (maybe the owner or chef too) snapped back with a gem:

“Dragon Choupsey aise hi hota hai.” Excuse me? 🤡

Dear chef-saab, Delhi foodies know their chowmein from their Choupsey — and this ain’t it. The only dragon here was the fire I was breathing post-bite. 🔥

The spice wasn’t aromatic or layered — it was just loud, uninvited, and irritating. So bad, it made me genuinely uncomfortable after a few spoons. No depth, no crunch, no harmony — just a full-on gastronomic insult. 🤮

Delhi serves legendary Indo-Chinese — from street stalls in Karol Bagh to cafes in Majnu ka Tila — and let me just say, this place needs to go on a field trip and take notes. 📝

🥡 Verdict: 0.5/5 — Half a point for the spoon being clean.

Note to self: When in doubt, trust Delhi’s streets — not everyone tossing chilli in oil...

Please take out 2 mins to read. This is to put in attention to the customers that the new menu that they have designed is a bluff or scam to charge more money. Be careful in ordering for the best item as they will say the costliest which doesn't even taste that good. You can visit to other restaurant in much cheaper price like MMA Kabab at Kundanahalli Gate, Imperio, Empire, Spice Garden has lots of options. No veg & non-veg section. Find the menu attached. Apart from this if you order 1 plate of veg item then there is no full for that which means whatever half you are getting is the actual quantity and for getting half you have to order quarter. Now, normally if you ask "what is best in veg ?" if they say veg kolhapuri, then you might say half quantity but that turns out to be the actual quantity. It means what is full is half and half is quarter according to the menu. Also, I asked this with the person at reception so first he said that it should have been mentioned by the waiter but again he denied that and put all the blame on us stating that this is your people fault.
