MVR HEIGHTS CO-LIVING PG — Hotel in Bengaluru

I have lived here for close to 5 months now and for context this is the 3rd PG I've lived in after coming to Bangalore, one of them being a Zolo.

First highlights: the rooms are the most spacious ones I have seen in any PG in bangalore, including probably every other PG in the area from bigger chains, as I had scouted all. My biggest criteria was sharing a room so had to have sufficient space over fancy gimmicks.

Second: the rooms are cleaned daily and overall the entire PG is cleaned regularly

Third: Food is cooked in house and is perfectly soul soothing, you get a staple lentil and rice every day with every mean that alone suffices the basic appetite and for most days the condiments are well made.

Notes: In the past months the owners have constantly been working to improve the PG, fixing washing machine, improving food based on feedback ( the owner eats here themselves so atleast the quality of food is assured every day ).

The owner is very cautious of water usage which is a very good thing, in every other accomodation in the area I and my friends have been in we have faced issue with water not being there when we need it the most, for example while leaving for office, and this issue happens in every PG even chain ones, this is where the owner personally cares and takes accountability so it helps over all.

Over all loved the experience as I adequately got what I was looking for at a very reasonable rent. And I can say this after looking at atleast 30+ PGs in the area this is the most homely place you can find that doesn't dent...

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here!

This PG is a nightmare! The building is completely unmaintained, and it's clear that the owner doesn't care about basic facilities. The TV hasn't worked since day one, despite multiple complaints.

The worst part is the drinking water situation. On multiple occasions, I’ve found mosquito larvae in the water, which is both disgusting and hazardous to health. How can anyone feel safe drinking water here?

The washing machine barely works, so if you're expecting clean clothes, good luck. They advertise a gym, but there is no gym in working condition—total false advertising! The mattresses are filthy and stink, clearly not replaced or cleaned in ages.

To make it worse, it seems like most of the positive reviews here are fake. Don’t be fooled—this place is NOT worth your money or your health.

Worst experience of a women running the pg. She will invite you like a goddess and becomes devil when you vacate. Very rude and arrogant. She physically abuses me and raised hands on me in public when I vacated th pg. She looses her temper and have no idea of her behaviour. I had a really worst experience with the lady and tried to solve her problem by raising her hand. Felt very disrespectful and guilty to make a decision to stay in that pg. She always behave rude with everyone. I would recommend you guys to know about the environment and owners before choosing the pg and regretting to make a wrong decision. Think twice before deciding to stay in this pg. You guys can see the cruel reply of the owner. You might get insights from her reply whether to join that unblessed pg or not.
