Just Bake Yelahanka Newtown — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I've never seen such a worst bakery in my life. Actually, I'm a class-1 Officer & I've traveled widely in & out of countries. We often have parties & ordered cakes from many places. But unfortunately, for the very first time I'm seeing such kind of bakery, who despite charging so much price for one kg of cake but, strangely they never & ever render good services at all at least by keeping in mind, the high cost they charge.

For eg. in the month of June we've ordered a cake for birthday occasion, ofcourse at a high price, compared to other bakeries of my locality. To my utter surprise, the cake I received was fully chopped at sides plus the top portion where the details are written nicely was absolutely messy. Just you all kindly imagine yourself at such a gathered moment.

Similarly next time also, I ordered during the time of Deepavali by overlooking & forgiving their last time mistake "as err is to human & forgive is to divine like". But you know what they did this time?? No one can imagine, infact ....

No one can imagine a bakery fellow doing such mistake, that too being into this line of writing on the cake more or less daily. I do know whether they know bombastic English or not but this very simple term "dear" & all must surely be a very casual thing for them. See, even a Kg child may also tell it so accurately. But I wish you all need to see it for yourself. See, who'll write the key term "Happy Birthday" as H B.D that too, on a cake ordered for such a great occasion, in a short form like this??

Thus what I want to say is kindly don't ever order from "Just Bake" that too, paying a huge amount + delivery charges, which absolutely might turn to be quite a disappointing one, only

Infact, a cake ordered from other local shop nearby that too, in just a half kg cake how nicely & spaciously they've written everything that too, so so legitimately. Hope you all may understand my genuine feedback & act wisely.

Moreover, I tried to contact that shop by sending the pics but that fellow never bothered to revert back. Isn't this height of disgusting & how he has weird bond even with their regular customers. So time & again I wish you people not to spend a huge amount in this shop & getting such useless cakes & also ofcourse paying the delivery charges extra 75/- that too, even for the customers of the same locality..

Customers like us should strive truly to close such shops then only he'll come to know the value of the customers..Hope my genuine comments would help at least a few customers to act wisely..thanks..

Green cake is the one I referred as the cake ordered for the first time for an occasion in June...

White is the one referred as the second one, ordered very recently.....kly see "HBD..& Dare" -- what is it na??

Black cake is the one I referred as the very last one & see how perfect it is.. right? Though all are of same...

I want to share my experience with you all so that you know before ordering online from Just bake.. I ordered for a cake online on 1st of August. I received a call from Vidyaranyapura Branch and they told me the flavor I ordered is not available. I was not interested in other flavors so he canceled the order and told me refund will be processed. But it's been more than 7 days since cancelation I didn't get any update. I am tired of calling them up every day and when we call and select the option to speak to customer care it just disconnects. I have been emailing them and sending WhatsApp messages and they keep saying they are processing refund. They have worst customer support and no professionalism whatsoever. I will never ever order the cake from Just Bake based on the worst experience. I hope everyone comes to know about this and avoid ordering it online. Better to order directly...

So i ordered a caķe for my son's first birthday It was then i selected from a catalogue n specifically told them i need sprinkles on the cake n not the jems staff over there r really very rude n dint note that.... later wen i got the cake it was exactly different and worstest cake i have ever had or seen I really felt bad n burst into tears as it was my baby's 1st birthday n cake is the main n important part of the birthday So i m sharing my experience with u all N telling u not to buy any cake from der Even taste wise it was bad Who eats jems in the cake It was ridiculous I would highly recommend not to buy cake from der n also ready cakes r pathetic sides of the cake will be dry n tasteless
