Kabali Biryani — Restaurant in Bengaluru

First of all. I have to talk about the service. The server was great. Food was served quick and he was very observant and stocked the spoons at my table without even asking. He didn't rush while serving the food to my plate. The guy who took the order (the guy in cap usually) does a great job and is very dedicated. I was sat close to the kitchen so i could hear him reading out the orders to the chefs. He was very detailed in taking the orders and then reading it to the chefs. He was also mindful of the small requests like extra salt or with cheese or less spicy, etc. I also overheard him going over to other table and asking how the food was. Taking feedback is absolutely necessary. He was also watching the tables and instructing the cleaners to clean or the servers to set the plates on the table. Keep up the great work sir. We do appreciate it.

Coming to the food. I orders a biriyani kabab combo and garlic chicken wings. The garlic chicken wings were outstanding. The outer layer was nicely crisped and saucy. Even the mayonnaise was perfect. Not too thick. That way we can easily dip and eat the wings. I dont even find it pricy to be honest. The taste was soo good.

The biriyani tastes different from any hyderabad style biriyani or karnataka pulav style biriyani. The taste is mild. I usually like my biriyani spicy and with a flavour kick. However, i still liked this biriyani. It was different and good. I especially loved the attention to detail. Such as the crispy onion drizzled on top and a small stem of pudina placed on top. Kabab was ok. I felt it was lacking in taste and was very dry.

Will definitely be visiting again and i will update if the service or food...

Wow, Adipoli aano!!! I saw this restaurant for 2 times when passing that way but today I was walking that side, bappa!! The smell of the chicken biryani just drifted me towards the KABALI restaurant, it was really a delightful treat for my bon appetite! The Chicken Briyani was top notch with it's rich flavour and marination of it in chicken pieces, but quantity wise still they can improve🤞, paratha and butter chicken gravy was also not least the deserve, it tasted awe too. Btw, the place name is just a dope😎🤞🔥

Talking about the service and the staffs- they were so polite and down to earth, felt really comfortable to be there, it was totally a warm experience out there that too a place facing the street!❤️...

My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of a disaster. I ordered two items, and within 15 minutes, the waiter informed me that the first item was not available. As if that wasn't bad enough, just 10 minutes later, I was told that the sabji was also not available.

After settling on paneer, I was completely disgusted by the taste. The paneer tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for 5-7 days. It was absolutely revolting.

When I complained to the manager about the situation, he merely apologized without any genuine concern for my health and well-being. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
