Hi All - We have received another irrelevant comments from Soumya Sankar W/o Mr. Vipin Menon. He is tired of posting his negative reviews and handed over to his wife (Soumya Sankar) and might give to his friends or relatives going forward.

Mr. Menon - Shame on you!.....Why cant you use your ID instead of your wife ID? Don't be surprised If you are getting call from Police.

Hi All ---- We are responsible to give more clarity on Vipin's rude comment. The issue is here... One day he paid the amount through Paytm unfortunately which was not credited to our account (might be technical issue) and the same thing we had politely informed Mr. Menon but he was not ready to accept it, said that its already debited from my account why this is not credited to Kairali's account. He got embarrassed in-front of everyone and started arguing. We confirmed him that if we get the money on Paytm, we were ready return back to him.

Mr. Menon - We do get negative feedback and ready to accept it but your comment was on food instead of not mentioning the Paytm issue. If you have anything to be clarified, you can always come to our Restaurant and talk to us. Please do not play the ugly game behind the google bars. We understand that you are well educated and a IT professional, please show your dignity at least on your comments. You should have mentioned Paytm issue instead of horrible food comment. This is not the first time you visited our Restaurant, if you felt it was horrible food why did you come back to us many times.

I was looking for some food options in the area and noticed this place in the bylanes of Pai Layout. I decided to check it out. It’s a short 5 mins walk from metro station at tin factory. The place is a regular mess, noisy, cramped, all of that, and with a really local vibe which makes it an interesting place for someone like me who loves to explore! When I entered I noticed all tables were occupied. So I requested to join someone at their table which had an empty seat. They promptly obliged. I ordered for beef chilly fry and a chapati. A gentleman on the table behind me advised that the beef is somewhat dry so get some rice and gravy. I knew exactly what to expect so I thanked him for his advise, but appreciated the concern 😊 The server still got me some curry along with my ordered food 😁. Beef fry was delicious with flavours coming through from the meat and the spices used! The curry was also tasty and added much flavour to the meal. Service was also prompt. Please Don’t try to have food from this restaurant, people are too rude and not cleanliness. I ordered the food with my family and the curry was too smelly and feeling like old veggie’s , while we mention about the food quality, they asked us to don’t have and pay the money and leave.
