First thing first the prices, if you are looking for this online dont go there suggest you to go there directly and get it for way cheaper than online.

I booked an AC room for 3 days along with breakfast. welcoming from reception was so disappointing and the AC is not working, when I complained that they suggest me to wait a day but nothing happened next day when I asked they shifted me to another room.

There is no telephone to call reception or kitchen, you have to use your personal phone to do so. And they havent provided any breakfast.

There are no towels as well as no toilet accessories. Bed has springs, you can play trampoline on that.

I dont see any good things to give any stars.

I really felt I got scammed online as I saw 999 board at the hotel where as I paid 1999 online. Dont go with online just go directly anyway it wont be occupied at all with that...

One of the worst experiences i had in this lodge. I had booked room for 3 days. The room included complimentary breakfast. We have also informed in the reception prior that we need it around 10.30 when we called at 10.30 they denied to gv saying reasons that bf ends at 9am. So rudely they talk to a guest as if we r staying for free. Rooms r too small with no ventilation even for bathrooms Ac conditions r critical that not even cooling Bedsheets r not good. (They dont wash only i guess) Room cleanliness is not good no one came to sweap nor change the bedsheets in our 3 days stay. They tell 24hrs room service. srayed here for a night. the pictures show that the room ia big. its a small and a dingy place. the moment u enter the room there is a bed and thats it. the room is too small. 2 people cant walk in the room together. |you order food, they will serve the wrong food item. when you order food they will deliver the food after repeated calls to them and it can take upto 2 to 3 hours. everytime we ordered food, it wasnt delivered. we called them atleast 4 times every time and the minimum wait time for the food is 1 hour. even if u order a drink the minimum wait time is 1 hour. maximum...
