I recently visited this KFC outlet on 15/02/2025 at around 8:30 PM, and it was by far the most disappointing experience Iāve had at any KFC.
I placed my order through the self-service kiosk, which failed to provide me with a physical receipt. When I checked with the only staff member present, he confirmed that the order was received and being prepared. However, I waited for 20 minutes, and my order number never appeared on the display screen. This raised serious concerns about the handling of my order.
The store was severely understaffed, with just one person managing around 10 orders. This is completely unacceptable for a global fast-food chain that prides itself on efficiency. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working, making the dining environment extremely uncomfortable.
At 8:52 Pm, frustrated with the delay, I demanded a cancellation, but instead of resolving the issue, I was made to wait even longer. When I confronted the store manager, Mr. Subramani, he admitted that he had forgotten to print my receipt and pass it to the line staff, which directly caused the delay. Rather than taking responsibility, he **blamed me for not standing at the counter, which is an absurd excuse.
To make things worse, the manager publicly berated his own staff in front of customers and rudely insisted that my order was delivered within the promised time, which was clearly false. His attitude was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, showing a complete lack of customer service training.
By the time I received my food, I had lost all trust in the hygiene and quality of the preparation. If not for a takeout order, I would have returned the food immediately. The entire experience was frustrating, unorganized, and simply pathetic.
KFC is a fast-food chain that should maintain speed, quality, and professionalism, but this store completely fails at all three. The lack of staffing, poor management, and lack of account ability made this visit unbearable. If this is the level of service KFC continues to provide, I would strongly recommend customers avoid this outlet entirely.
KFC Corporate needs to seriously look into this storeās management and provide immediate training for staff and the manager. I also demand a formal apology from the management, or I will consider taking further action.

In the first place, we never liked this particular KFC because of bad ambience, AC doesn't work most of the times and smoky environment inside and its always understaffed. In spite of all these we used to go here because there are no other branches nearby in Ramamurthy Nagar Junction.
On 15-June-2022, We were 3 and ordered 2 KFC buckets, just few minutes into eating, one of my friend received a leg piece which was having very bad smell and even from the distance you can feel it and we knew it was rotten. We ordered around 8.15PM and they asked us to wait for 15 minutes and we ended up getting our order at 9PM, nearly 45 minutes of wait time.
We have immediately informed the staff about this (Bad smell from the chicken) and they didnt even bother to address and made us wait another 10 minutes and when one of the staff arrived, he was saying to us that, you can take any alternative but we cannot provide refund. But it would be hard for anyone to eat if they find out they just served rotten chicken pieces and they were saying "only leg pieces are having issue right? We can replace the bucket?".. what a reckless answer.
While this was ongoing at our table, another customer stormed into (He would have taken the delivery, I believe) and another 3 people also started complaining and many people gathered. Unfortunately I didnt take photos to share. Luckily nothing happened to staff. At this point cashier started issuing the refund and we got ours too.
Its not about refund, We three will never visit this particular branch.
This is the worst experience and I expect this shop to be closed permanently. I dont how they can even open after such a bad incident. Unfortunately it didnt come in the news. Anything related to food definitely should...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFew days back i had ordered online from this kfc ramurthy nagar branch, where we dint receive order even after waiting for 2 hours when we contacted they said order is already delivered but we had not received this order may be our bad we visited this kfc to address this issue here we met store manager dheeraj or neeraj who listened to our issue and said i don't have any proof you saying this still will give you food in a rude manner as if we are the slaves begging for food and later that we received the same orderitems which we placed online which was not delivered later we found that the burger had plain onions and chicken stuff when we raised this to same person dheeraj he started speaking rude like first of all am giving you food on top of that you complain see the issue is we are not having the free food the money which we paid earlier the same amount food we were getting due to low stock on veggies their staff has just filled burger with full of onions and also missed to place one of the item which we had ordered and the person named dheeraj or neeraj he says that's what you get may be our staffs were busy they dint pay attention, so these guys think anything they give customers cannot makeout and they can easily fool them with worse food and they don't care, it's my request before visiting this place make sure you are prepared for such incidents and no AC ambience, uncleaned tables and the store managers rude behaviour, disgusting behaviour from this store we have decided not to visit especially this outlet because of fake quality, food and rude behaviour...
