By far the worst outlet in the entire country. Almost everyday their system doesnt work, or have an issue generating QR code, dont accept cash 6 days a week because they dont have change to give back. Lady in the back is always on phone because ideally she has nothing to do as billing cannot be done most of the times. In case billing gets through and you manage to place an order, dont expect the order in the next 30 minutes atleast. Spoke with the manager, typical non caring non apologetic guy minding a different business of his own, hardly ever cares about customers. If you are lucky and get food from here, it tastes different from the rest of the KFC outlets. The chicken is always dark in color compared to Indiranagar store, which says a lot about the oil they use. You have better chances of winning a ballerina than get your order placed through here. I am not even mentioning about the KFC app which the guy in the counter haven’t even heard off. KFC would be in loss with just this outlet...
Read moreMy office is in Bagmane tech park and have been a frequent visitor of KFC in Bagmane tech park. I have been a great fan of this outlet thanks to its manager "Manjunath" and staff "inidira". They go above and beyond their call of duties to help customers. For instance, me and 4-5 colleagues of mine were just discussing hygine of restaurants which manager over heard and immediately invited us to check the kitchen and their SoPs and it was spot on.. On another instance, our order got slightly delayed once and Indira made sure we were kept informed, made sure to share the reason and apologizing on outlets behalf.. they are super welcoming..

Placed an order through the KFC app around 10 PM from the CV Raman Nagar outlet, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The order kept getting postponed without any proper updates or explanation. Every time I checked, the estimated delivery time just kept increasing. No call, no message, nothing.
It’s frustrating to wait late into the night for food that never arrives on time. If the outlet couldn’t deliver, they should’ve just cancelled the order instead of wasting time. This kind of service is completely unacceptable from a brand like KFC. Definitely reconsidering using...
