Subway Bagmane Tech Park — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This location takes things very casually. The service is very poor and the workers are busy idling time away or talking personal matters on the phone.

I came here between 10-11:30 am at least four times in last 4-6 weeks and every time they said they were not open. Today they said the bread was not there and I should go away; yet they served someone else in front of me. There were two people and both were chatting on phone personal matters.. I asked when they open and they said 8 am, but somehow there was no bread for me at 11:30 am.. when I threatened I will complain they magically produced a bread and with silent hostility made my sandwich.. the person was very distracted and made errors several times in the toppings.

Food quality is good - as we expect from Subway. But it appears like there is no supervision from the management and the people can do whatever they want… I would advise avoiding this place if you can.. hope...

Staff is really rude. If they are following Karen's Diner way of service then they should mention the same somewhere in the store. There was two ladies today handling the customers and the experience i had was horrible, they were rude and hardly care if they loose the customers.

I went there to buy subway sandwich, they asked me to come after 5 minutes. when i went their after 5-7 mins they didn't answer me for first 30-40 seconds post that they answered rudely that why can't I just wait for 5 mins and again started talking among themselves.

I don't mind waiting for 10 mins as well but you can't talk to someone like that. I was talking politely then what did I do to get such behavior. Later I bought lunch from other store in food court.

Would request management to train them on basic etiquettes....

I ordered a club sandwich with salami, turkey and chicken slices and all veggies, but received a sandwich with just onions, sauses, stale meat with chicken missing. Was on a con call with Zomato and the restaurant, the lady who prepared the order was on call and hung up 3 times then managed to speak to her manager who said the sandwich comes on a flat bread. I have been to other outlets of Subway and ordered the same sandwich and have always got the best and also they maintain amazing quality and customer friendly staff . But here it is pathetic, arrogant staff, old food, no proper service, no sufficient staff to provide good service to the customers. @subway, give franchise to only who deserve, please check for quality and staffing after...
