KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Very very disappointed. Faced racism here, being a person who stayed in bangalore for so long I never expected it would happen to us.

The whole story goes like. I asked the manager for chicken popcorn without its masala mix, he told me it would take 10 minutes, then I told him okay no need, give the regular one only with the masala mix as usual. After ordering we read a promotion saying if food is not served in 7 minutes we will get a piece of chicken free.

10 mins later I went very politely to ask for my popcorn only(not even the free chicken) He said it's because of your special request the time. I tried to explain to him that I told u no need of that special request because it would take time. He wasn't willing to listen and called me a liar. And was very very very arrogant to me. I simple asked him what is that promotion.

And then said, you just want a free chicken no?

That hurt me very badly and made me feel petty. I told him I dont want any free chicken of yours. I just want the popcorn that I paid for. Hearing the manager be so rude, my friend joined and the three of us got into an argument. My friend is not from karnataka and neither am I. We stay here because I'm proud to call this place home, my family lives here.

An old man interfered unnecessarily and gave very rude comments against us for makin a scene and I asked him calmly to please not intervene, this is the manager's attitude issues and arrogance. Then when I spoke back to the man, many other customers joined and yelled at us how can we speak against the old man and to respect age.

They grouped against us harrased us, abused us pointed fingers and said shut your bloody mouth. After sending my friend out to cool I went back to explain to the people, what happened, and I came to know that none of them heard the old man, just heard our reactions and intervened because they were all locals of the state.

And none of the management did anything to help or stop the issue, Instead asked us to get out and tried to silence us.

I wanted to go to the police for this, but decided not to. I'm willing to comply and give any information from my side to the KFC team including the manager's name and employee ID. However I will not share that here.

I have been abroad for half my life and I tell you, the food, service and everything is soo much better there. I can never call Indian KFC as KFC. It feels very insulting to...

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC outlet. The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I am unsure if this treatment was specific to me or if all customers are treated this way.

A cashier named Jess (as per the name badge) took my order at the billing counter but did not pass it to the kitchen. Instead, she and her colleagues — Sana, Kadhir, and Darshan — were busy eating pizza (outside food) inside the store. Ironically, while customers are prohibited from bringing in outside food, the staff themselves were openly consuming it inside the kitchen area.

After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I went to collect my order, only to be told it was not placed. When I confronted them, Jess denied taking my order and rudely asked me to email the manager. Eventually, she served my food, which had been sitting on the kitchen table for several minutes. Shockingly, she did this without washing her hands after eating pizza.

Additionally, I observed multiple outsiders (presumably staff friends) entering the kitchen without proper uniforms or hair caps, which raises serious food safety concerns.

This entire experience was extremely disappointing and not what I expect from a reputed brand like KFC. I urge the management to look into these issues seriously and ensure better hygiene, professionalism, and customer service in the...

After long time I went with my family to dine in at KFC. And the reviews are as follows. Pros: KFC was one of our choice when it comes to dine outside. They usually have multiple choices, as well as indianised menus. I visited KFC at Hennur Fortunately, this time the crowd was quite less. And we were able order quickly. And was promised 4 - 7 minutes for delivery. Well the reality I'll explain in the cons. But I like the new (fake ) promise 7minutes. Because most of the restaurant asks 15 to 20 minutes of waiting period. the ambience is good and the service is ok.

Cons- KFC usually serves tasty food, but this time the periphery chicken wings was blant. Probably, the chicken would have tried to run 🏃‍♂️ 🤔. OK the ambience!!! Yes good but the seating which we (family) chose was filled with water droplets. Later we came to know AC vent had problems. so we (family) moved to the adjacent seat. as far as the service part, the counter girl promised 4 -7 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked her about the order... she said 2 minutes. Well. after another 10 minutes we (family member) went and asked for the order... pickup area person made us wait for few more minutes and then finally we (family) received our order. well good experience KFC, if not near future surely we (as a family) will visit...
