Ver bad experience from sales person - I went to Kundalahalli outlet today evening at 5:16 PM and I was waiting in front of first counter to tell my order .suddenly a person was yelling 12 pc wings “kodi” even though I was in front of him the sales girl took that person’s order. He was behaving as if he is a VIP, And that person was smelling liquor ver badly. Then I thought will give my order in next counter the sales girl in the other counter sir only in one counter will take the order . The I came back to the first counter and again waited Then also the sales girl in first counter is not even giving any attention to me She is just taking a plate which was already served on the table and trying to call the person who ordered that , but he was no where nearby. She and the other sales girl looks at me so pathetically, as if I am waiting there to take something free from them . I came out without placing my order , may be ordinary people like me are not given...

We ordered Wednesday special bucket We went there around 8:15pm 1.Order took 15Min to delivery acceptable because of busy hours 2.Chicken that they served is not up to the mark of KFC Our order consists of 9 pieces hot and crispy, 4 stripes, 3 French fries, 3 cokes and 1 veg zinger. 5 pieces of chicken are half cooked. The pieces that we ate are completely oily and not tasty. I asked him to check later he simply changed that pieces and gave me new pieces. It is not acceptable They denied to give extra tissue and ketchup. For this order we need atleast 5 ketchups and 3 tissue papers but they gave only 2 ketchups and 2 tissues I told him that we are three later he gave one ketchup and told me to buy some dips. Place is not clean and too hot. I asked him to switch on AC but he replied AC is not working. Ok agree, but he has to tell about AC during my order. In one word the food is just like street food.
