Hotel Highsky Whitefield — Hotel in Bengaluru

Sadly there isn't any option for negative or 0 star. Bad room, worse food and worst experience. Rooms were literally filled with cockroaches and when asked to change the room, they informed that it can be done the next day. So I had to go the reception myself and only then they agreed to change the room. They take the plates to wash the next day, till then it'll be just outside the room. The only 2 good things they provided us were the helmets for going out and the pick-up/drop-off. Other than that, the staff wasn't helpful at all. The cook doesn't know to cook, and as mentioned before the food is pathetic. Seriously, don't know even how to make coffee. I have stayed in this hotel for more than a month. No doubt, ambience near reception area is good. But other than that everything else is of low quality. Feedback: A. Food served in hotel is of very low quality and tasteless also. (Butter quality very low.) Paranthas were not cooked well, even after highlighting it to the staff multiple times. Pics attached. B. Foul smell was there in washrooms. C. No lights in stairs. All the lights in stairs were switched off. D. If you break something in the room, they will charge you very exorbitant amount for that. This is a service apartment provided by my corporate during my 10day trip to Bangalore.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The complimentary breakfast had little options and Idly’s prepared here are like rock solid and very hard. Other dishes prepared here are tasteless.

About the rooms, Well furnished double occupancy rooms except for the mattress. The mattress was so soft like a sponge, often you end waking up with body aches.

Wifi was ok, food horrible, decent rooms, a/c’s with leaking water in the inside, well maintained bathrooms.

My 10 day stay was comfortable except for the matresses. Used to have a sound sleep once in 2 days due to the ultra softness...
