First of all the bathrooms very unhygienic and in the men's bathroom it was very dirty and the smell was really bad + the wash basin wasn't working at all there was no water coming to watch hands and when I ordered the food it was all cold and still food I had ordered rice bucket with wings coke and popcorn first of all the rice was very cold and on top of that there was very less chicken popcorn that chicken popcorn was very scale and it was very watery like it had been there for a very long time and the chicken had a really bad taste I have to throw everything away plus the Coke was very sugary it was it tasted like sugar syrup and water mixed and the wings that I had ordered was very stale and the cover of the chicken wings was very hard and it tasted really bad like they had been cooked 3 to 4 hours ago the cover was very hard they had just heated and given it to us and when I ask them to replace it they just heated the same thing and give it back to me after 30 minutes when when I spoke to the store manager all she said was she hadn't received any complaint as such and all she said was that she would check on it I would highly recommend not to eat from this outlet as it is very unhygienic and their food and service is really bad and the tables where we eat is really unhygienic KFC as a brand is really good but this outlet makes their name really bad other branches of KFC a really good but this outlet has a lot of problems I would highly recommend not to eat from...

I’ve ordered from this outlet yesterday from the KFC App and the delivery guy delivered incomplete order as he was in a hurry and was also rude when called while delivering the food. When we got to know one of the item was missing in the order we called the delivery guy, he was unresponsive with the issue and said if I have any issue then I need to contact the restaurant and he didn’t even gave any contact information when asked. We tried to reach out to the restaurant from the KFC app, however we were unable to reach the restaurant through call so we raised a complaint through KFC representative twice. In the second attempt we got a call back from the restaurant and they were being nice and told us that the same delivery guy have taken the missing item and came to deliver again and his name was Akshay, and after 1 hour when called the restaurant they said the delivery guy already delivered it a while ago. I am not sure whether he delivered it to someone else or whether he had it by himself. Anyway the restaurant lady sent it once again through the same delivery again, and we got a call after few minutes and that “respectful” delivery person went to some other location and were asking us to go there to collect the order.
