When you step into this sweet shop ....I mean Chaat restaurant...uh..meant both 😉..one look at the Menu board, you will see varieties of chats..look down at the glass case (like volvo bus length) of sweets..one huge display of varities of sweets!!( see the photos to know the varities of chats and sweets)..
We were a group of 3 people who decided to try chat while heading back home..so started with an order of Masala puri, Paapadi Chole and Dahi Paapdi chat..All 3 were served on what appeared to be small plates but portion wise sufficient
We tried one spoon of each and agreed on below
Masala Puri - was tame in taste ( zing was missing) and felt that the plate was crowded with just dry peas with sev scattered and various masala powders on it.
Paapdi Chole - taste was good, if you like spicy food, this chaat was made quite right.
Dahi Paapdi - sweetness overload was evident after one spoon of this chaat.. but the paapdi was crisp even though this was last item we tried in round one..
2nd and final round was a plate of below 3 chaats
Paneer Parata plate - it had 2 parate..oily aloo sabzi(lesser than usual salt) with 3 small cubes of paneer just to ensure that it matched dish on plate namewise; there was little bit of dahi with some salty boondhi..no zing in this food..just about ok..
Bhel Puri - was okay..no spice here.
Jhaal muri - my favorite was prepared well, the puffed rice used was crisp with a nice mix of lime and masala flavors not too overpowering or eye watering😂
If you are person who does not prefer chaat to be spicy(stuff that make your eyes water with excitement in your tastebuds), then this is the place for you..but if you still want it spicy, may be the guys at the counter can customize it to suite your taste🙂..
Price wise for chaats, its okay since shop is at the main road and sells sweets but some items like Chole Batura and other parata items are priced higher☹️.sweets are priced just like other mithai shops.
There is a water purifier that provides good sweet drinking water.
Sweet varieties "looked" mouth watering though.. picked a box of moti chur laddoos..you dont want to go home empty handed🙂.
One thing that I would suggest to the owner is to have someone clear out used plates from table..we were 3 of us and after first round, 3 plates on table..at 2nd round, there were 2 chaat plates and 1big plate of parata..6 plates on table🤔 and still no sign of cleaning up..at least if there was space to drop off used plates, one would be happy to drop them off for cleaning.. before starting next plate of chaat.
Although I appreciate wooden spoons being used, it is a bit awkward to use small spoons on a small plate that "seems" to overflow with chaat, try eating a full plate with this small spoon, its a bit difficult.
This restaurant is brightly lit at evening/night making it attract people and easy to spot on the main road/SH35 highway..Overall a nice place to try out chaats and sweets for a change. Sufficient parking available for...

We visited here 7th July around 2pm and after consuming food here specifically Pav baaji and vada pav from here 3 members including a 3.5yrs old kid were admitted to hospital due severe allergy all over the neck and shoulder...and 4th one had vomiting.. Eating here for 300-400 costed us 7000/- for treatment. We even called the customer care and informed all that they said was "we will look into it". Worst place do not eat anything and put your self in danger.
Update on 8th July The allergy on kid's neck should has been spreading and she is being taken to hospital again on emergency. After calling the office again. 1)The lady who spoke asked What is that you are looking forward from us? Which was not the right question. 2) After a wait of few hrs she called back and says we have sent the pav that your family consumed to test if anything comes out negetive we will change the Vendor. 3)After giving her information that all their Outlets have bad reviews about quality and ppl falling sick her answer was "competitors are there who don't want them to survive in market" She herself said they are in business for 20yrs now. And your rating is 3.3 to 3.7 and most of them are bad reviews,so you know your quality. You guys are veryyyy polite in Objection/ Customer handling but that's not something people need After going through so much because of your food. Think if you still deserve to serve food to people And if my niece doesn't get fine and things get bigger with her. LADOOS mark my words I will make sure you will no more serve...
