I had a very disappointing experience at the Frozen Bottle. The offer mentioned in the menu was not honored, even though it was clearly applicable. When I asked about it, the store associate, Kiran, refused to provide the offer and instead said that we should specifically ask for it. If the offer is already written in the menu, customers should not have to ask for it separately — it should be provided by default.

To make things worse, the customer service numbers provided were not usable, so there was no proper channel to raise this concern. This reflects very poor customer service. The attitude of the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and overall the experience left a very negative impression.
