Manu hotel — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We booked 2 rooms when we entered found the room clean. But there was no dustbin (when asked no staff bothered to give) no bath mat (anyone can slip). The owner should have a good manager to control the staff. The doors don't open open with the card we need them to come along. The cell in the door lock keeps falling. The bed was not kept clean looked like it was only dusted after the previous person left. I didn't sleep those 2days the staff did not change it for me. We left the room at 4.30 am when we were back by 6.30 I called at the reception to mop the room so arrogantly said no we can't do it now only morning but I saw the opposite room getting cleaned so requested but he too rudely said No tomorrow morning I said we are leaving at 8.30am when I said I will put a comment the cleaner said do what you want. But I made them mop it at last. Do we pay for this. Before leaving the room I found oneused cigarette and a band aid cover.wish this had an attachment so that the pic could be uploaded. Last but not the least we ordered at night. But they included breakfast bill in it. I asked we left at 4.30am n how can we have breakfast when your kitchen opens at 7.30. When u call the reception immediately that boy disconnects without hearing & when call again fires us I told him u should wait till the conversation ends small request to the owners handle your staff please hotel is good you have spent a good amount for construction. A mix of South,north,east and west...yah, that's how I would like to describe this place.the entire cuisine is a mix and match. The dosa is something entirely different from what I usually have in other places.definitely innovative,but at times can b a bit irritating for those who prefer mostly traditional cuisine .I have posted a few dosa images...and yes,those are dosas ,not any thin crust pizzas.ai, I suppose, now u got what I was saying for all these times.

The Chinese dishes , however give a typical Calcutta taste and that is what drags us everytime here at this place.the portions are also ok and does proper justification to the price that they charge.

Easy to locate, properly litted area, spacious, Courteous staff, huge dining area, very neat n clean...no doubt.comfortable parking for...

I ordered 3 andhra meals today. The food is good. But for me to unpack the food items , it took me more than 15 minutes alone as there were 33 packets !! I request the staff to please be sensible enough while packing it up for zomato/swiggy orders. And this was the second time that their cover was torn again by the delivery partner as the whole thing had a good amount of weight.
