Nellore Chiken Biryani smells like dead animal I have ordered nellore chiken biryani from this restaurant through zomato, when I opened the food it was smells like hell, like dead animal. I did not dare to eat. When I called to the restaurant and informed the same they did not responded properly And when I try to call Zomato, there is no phone number in the app. we have only option to chat with them, I had chat with them and they told me they will check with restaurant. it has been 1 week but no response from their side as well.

Worst service, waste of money.

My question is if food is not good who is...

Totally disappointed with mayuri restaurant. I had order grilled and swarma roll. Marianation chicken is not all good. The chef light beared guy busy playing mobile. Not bother to even focus our order. And his attitude is look rude. When I say taste is not good suddenly he started argument & getting very very aggressive. We are customers if anything is wrong we will definitely say not good. It's not free food. We are paying for this. Instead this swarma chef pretending as though we never eaten swarma roll in our life. Thooo, Better not to order...

Here money is valued than customer. We purchased a water bottle of 1liter and half liter Pepsi and they charged 30 and 60 respectively, during the payment when I saw the bill they have charged GST on that amount as well. First of all they have charged more than MRP and then again GST on 30 and 60 rupees.. When I asked about the same they said they follow the same policy.

For them customer satisfaction is not important, they need money money money tats all. Worst ever service.. customers are not...
