McDonald's — Restaurant in Bengaluru

McDonald's is one of the most well-known fast food chains in the world, and for good reason. The food is consistently delicious and the service is always fast and friendly. I have been a regular customer for years and I have to say, I am always impressed with the quality of the food and the overall experience.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, from burgers and fries to salads and wraps. My personal favorite is the Big Mac, it's a classic and it always hits the spot. The fries are also a must-try, they are crispy and seasoned perfectly. The new menu items are also great, like the spicy chicken sandwich and the McFlurry with Oreo. They also have a great breakfast menu with items like the Egg McMuffin and the Sausage Burrito.

The service is always top-notch, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the restaurants are clean and well-maintained. The drive-thru service is also great, the wait time is minimal and the order is always accurate.

McDonald's also offers convenient mobile ordering and contactless payment options, which makes it easy to order and pay for my food in advance. This is especially helpful during busy times.

Only the place looks good. But the quality of service and the quantity of food is questionable. Especially if you choose takeaways, the store literally steals you of your money and food. Initially, I thought it was a genuine mistake. But not after the fourth time, that too with two verbal feedback when realised it was intentional. First time, I got less than half the pack of a large fries, I let it go. Second time, when it happened, I realised it was done on purpose. Hence, third time I gave a feedback and I was served adequately. So the fourth time, I didn't give a feedback and went home with again less than half the quantity. So, the 5th time I gave a very strong feedback and this time, I was again sent back with only half a pack of large fries. When I reported it on phone, I was told my issue will be addressed. But didn't hear back for 8 days. Hence, visited the store to complain and I was told that the fries are reduced to half the pack when they get soggy. I countered it by asking that why doesn't the fries that I get from their outlet 2.5km away from my place get soggy and reduced so drastically, but theirs gets soggy and reduced to less than half the quantity within 300m? Food Mobs are again in action with their one of the evergreen treat homes "McDonald's". This is one fast food restaurant which has maintained its food quality from the very beginning.Be it the McAloo Tikkis or new additions to the menu, McDonald's​ never disappoints. More interesting to see is people from all ages come in here and share the love of junk food.

Few things about the food :

Veg Burgers are not at par in taste and handling as compared to Non Veg Burgers. Filet o Fish is the best of all time and beats any Non Veg Burger hands down,So make sure you always have it available for delivery as logistics took a hit my last order. Chicken McGrills and Wraps are all good,but extra cheese and mayo kills the base flavours and become overpowering,So try different cheese and season the mint mayo properly. For god sake - Who asks for a buck for chilly and regular ketchups. Need to grow up with more dip options.
