I recently visited the this McDonald's unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I encountered several issues that need to be addressed:

Staff Conduct: The staff members, whom I believe were referred to as "chapris," were extremely disrespectful. Their behaviour was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect courteous and respectful treatment, but this was not the case during my visit.

Service Quality: Beyond the attitude of the staff, the overall service was subpar. There were long wait times, and my order was not handled properly. This lack of efficiency added to the frustration of the visit.

Given these issues, I would like to recommend the management take immediate action to improve the training and supervision of their employees. Ensuring that staff treat all customers with respect and providing better service quality are crucial for maintaining a good reputation.

I hope my feedback is taken seriously, and I look forward to seeing improvements...

After lockdown cooling visited for kids to this place, it was dull, no ambiance like before. Both the crew and crowd were like missing something. Kids area was kept aside and the quality of food really average. Never expected this from Mc Donald. I remember there used to be a small fries, a burger and a small drink for a Happy meal, but now we get only a burger and a coke. Which I think is just over priced. And the Attender was like a machine took order and gave receipt, we can ignore him as he was doing his duty. But I always expect a good quality of food which was missing in French fries which was not upto the mark and chicken nuggets was also less cooked which I didn't what my kids to have.

It's not the first time I visited here but more importantly the quality should never be...
