Absolutely Disgusting Experience at Samosa Singh: A Complete Disaster!

I can't even begin to express how horrified I am by my experience at Samosa Singh. The standards of food preparation, hygiene, and professionalism here are absolutely appalling.

First of all, the samosas I ordered were laughably small – almost child-sized, which is already disappointing. But that was the least of my problems.

The real shock came with the moong dal halwa, which was served ice cold. Yes, you heard that right – not even lukewarm. Halwa is supposed to be served warm, and the fact that this was cold was already a huge red flag. But it gets worse...

As if the cold halwa wasn't bad enough, there were plastic threads cooked right into the dish. This is not only disgusting, it’s a serious health hazard. I am extremely careful about avoiding plastic in my food, to the point where I don’t even use plastic utensils – yet here I was, served a dish that could lead to serious health concerns, all because of sheer negligence.

The fact that such a basic oversight occurred in a food business is unacceptable. How can a restaurant, especially one in the food industry, be so careless? Where is the accountability? Plastic in food is dangerous, and it’s shameful that they could let this happen, not just once, but potentially every time.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, attention to food safety, and basic hygiene is alarming. Don't risk your health with a restaurant that doesn’t even know how to serve food safely and responsibly. Stay far, far away from...

After eating yummy samosas with my son, I forgot my laptop bag which also had other valuables on the table.

It was almost 15 minutes later I realised I left my bag there. I called the number from google which reached their head office who immediately called the local branch who kept it safe.

My heart was pumping at crazy when I realised I missed the bag but when I got the call back from head office that Bag was safe, I calmed back.
