The food and service while dining in at Savoury Sea Shell is at decent quality. But be careful and avoid ordering from Savoury Sea Shell through a delivery partner. Their service is poor and food sent isn't of good quality.

We used Dunzo service for ordering two shawarmas last week and we suffered from food poisoning after eating highly oily shawarma smothered with a sweet garlic mayo dip that they claim is 'thoum'.

Today we ordered for a full Grilled Chicken and hummus medium dip. They gave the delivery agent a thoum medium dip which is at a higher rate not informing us that hummus wasn't available. Upon receiving the order, we contacted Savoury Sea Shell via the delivery agent. They gave us lame reasons about who will give thoum for such a 'low' price when our complaint was that even didn't even want thoum in the first place. They shifted the blame on the poor delivery agent who didn't know the difference between thoum or hummus telling he confirmed to take it. They also claimed the listed item price of thoum on the bill was inclusive of tax despite the CGST and SGST also being listed separately so they couldn't refund the full item price they charged on return. Complaint: Serious Health Concern with Takeaway Order

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment with a takeaway order we received from your restaurant on the 14th of July. We ordered appams, kadla curry, and Kolhapuri chicken.

Upon reaching home and starting our meal, we noticed that the taste of the Kolhapuri chicken curry was quite off. To our utter shock and dismay, we found a worm inside the curry. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about your hygiene and food safety standards.

We tried contacting all the numbers provided on Google, but none of them were answered, and some were not reachable. This lack of responsiveness further aggravates the situation and leaves us feeling helpless and frustrated.

Attached below is a photo of the worm found in our food. This incident has severely damaged our trust in your restaurant, and we expect immediate action to address this issue.

Is this the standard of food you serve to your customers, putting their health at risk? We demand a thorough investigation and appropriate measures to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

Best n reasonable place to have Arabian delicacies.. You get a lot of good options here.. Hummus shawarma is a must try!! They have a lavish lunch buffet which is pretty reasonable (around 350 Rupees), serving over 50 dishes from the Arabian, Indian, Chinese, Mangalore and other South Indian cuisines.. Nice ambience and well maintained interiors too.. They have an open kitchen.. Underground valet parking is available.. The Restaurant is located exactly at Madiwala junction where most omni buses start.. so if you are planning to board your bus from Madiwala, you can grab a bite from this place.. moreover they have a shawarma n parcel counter outside the restaurant for a quickie bite! Deserts they serve are good.. They have quite a lot falooda options.. A problem which I faced here is with the parking, mainly during night times, when most of the travels park their buses in the roads for boarding.. You literally get stuck, either can’t park or take your car outside..
