Very Nice...restaurants in banglore as well as in karnataka The taste of each recipes were very interesting n same in all outlets of karnataka states.. This is pure veg reasturant. South meals are tasty and stomachful. Menu card is having lot of items but we preferred south meals. Parking not found. There is newer restaurant of the same name -- New Shanthi Sagar, on 20th main road, Marenahalli, Vijaynagar, near the Chord Road junction with Vijaynagar Club Road. It is close to Vijaynagar Metro Station.

We had been there to try out this new restaurant. The menu options are plenty, the service is quick, and the food was good. The price was very reasonable. What more can one ask? New Shanti Sagar offers variety of tasty foods, easily accessible and within budget. I enjoyed very delicious dinner here and the staff was very cordial, very prompt in service. Small party hall. But definitely can accommodate 100 people. Party hall is on second floor and 3rd floor is for food service. Parking to this place is difficult even for two wheeler during weekends and during function. Better plan for parking in long distance as this is main road have less parking space for four wheeler and little for two wheeler. Food was ok, but yes they do add soda for food I guess. It's per plate they charge around 240Rs for South Indian meals with welcome drink. Party hall is decent but lot of pillars block the place. They have Air cooler in center of party hall in 2nd floor but they didn't turn on during function but they turned on post function is finished. They do have generator or ups which supports during power off. Very small party hall. Decent for 100-150 people function. Ground floor is public self service and 1st floor is family and service hall.
