First and foremost, the hotel's location couldn't be more ideal. A hop away from Yeshwanthpur railway station, the hotel offers ease of access for travelers, a feature that I particularly appreciated. For those seeking entertainment and exploration, the famed ISCON temple and Orion Mall are also within close proximity.
But what truly set this hotel apart for me was the service. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality of the hotel staff was extraordinary. The restaurant service team, in particular, left an indelible impression. Jadupati,Kenny,Sarah, Saswati, Pratush, and Sanjeev were the epitome of professionalism, ensuring that each meal was not only delicious but served with utmost care and attention. Their polite demeanor and attentiveness added a personal touch to every dining experience.
Speaking of dining, I must mention the exceptional culinary skills of Chef Raj Gopal. Every meal was a delightful exploration of flavors and textures. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally well curated, offering a diverse blend of traditional and continental fare that catered to every palate.
The rooms were no less impressive. Spacious and impeccably clean, they provided a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The panoramic city views from the room were an added delight. Special commendation to staff for maintaining our rooms in pristine condition.

Read moreWe went to Leroy for wedding banquet inquiry, the property is good liked the hotel staff hospitality. We had a discussion with the GM for quote and for negotiation and everyone negotiates for better offer however the GM choice of words and customer treatment set big red flags and we decided not to go ahead with them. He was the first person we came across who had this kind of choice of words in hotel industry. He mentioned 1st thing to us that some other customer invested 35 lakhs deal with them- who discuss another customer budget Infront of new customer? Do you mean only customer who have high budget can afford you? Were you Demeaning us that we don't have a budget to afford a party at Leroy? When we were negotiating and showed him future date room rates, after seeing the online prices first he told that the rooms are not available now wherein it was available and later he told the dates are on high demand which he didn't realize before talking to us and then constantly asking us to cancel the deal upfront as he told he will sell those rooms at 30k per night during those dates. So he was constantly saying that he will be very happy if we don't go ahead with the deal or if we take the deal then he will reduce the rooms count.
We could have agreed with the prices he offered but the above lines and choice of words made us feel that we are not valued as a customer and that he is trying to demean us. So at last, if you don't value customer's time and if you don't want to do good business then I would suggest please don't waste customer's valuable time.

Read moreOverall my experience with the hotel was poor..!! I had booked this for my friend who was travelling to Bangalore for a day and had booked this hotel as it was closer to office. It all started when there was a technical issue on MMT and the guest name was automatically changed. While the MMT customer representative was helpful but unfortunately no one at the hotel were answering our calls to confirm on name change. The issue was later resolved at hotel counter. I reached early at the hotel ~2-3 hours before check-in and had requested for an early check-in through the app. Even when rooms were available at the hotel - confirmed by their staff, they refused to give me an early check-in and asked me to pay half day charges (Rs.2500+tax) which is ridiculous. Why would i pay half day charges for 2 hours of stay? I have been to multiple hotels and if there are rooms available hotel people help guests and allow for early check-in. After a lot of requesting and argument they did not allow. I left for my work and at the end had to check-in at around 8pm. After check-in it took them 2 hours to get my luggage to my room for which i had to remind them multiple times. While the breakfast was good and included in my package again they refused the same and again tooh 10-15minutes of checking and argument for them to settle. Due to this i got delayed for my flight and had to rush to airport.
Overall not satisfied with the service, average rooms and breakfast.
