This is THE WORST RESTAURANT DINING EXPERIENCE ever. The restaurant manager has no idea how to run a restaurant. He consistently kept shouting at kitchen staff, used slang words at times. Considering the kitchen is closely connected to the dining area, it was a very bad experience hearing all those swear words and having lunch. He was ill-mannered and didn't bother at all to behave the entire time we were there. Consistently shouting and speaking bad to his staff. Not only us, everyone were annoyed and some even left the restaurant due to this ambiance. You are representing greatly of the odia culture. Completely opposite. I pity the resfaurant owner. Looks like there is a complete change of the staffing and management here. It's totally chaos here. There is no proper management. When we visited, people were waiting and there was no body to arrange seating, it's totally left to customer. People were standing near the table just to waiting for the people to finish their food, so they can get a table. The food service also quite slow, which was causing too much difficulty. It was getting little late and we were not okay to go any other place immediately as our kid was feeling hungry, so we had to manage and able to get the table after more than an hour. This restaurant is the last place one should visit when searching for a Oriya restaurant. The attitude of the waiters and restaurant management is the worst you would ever find in Bangalore. Crowd control is non existent even with 4 families eating simultaneously. Over and above they refuse to provide parcel even when someone is ready to wait. There is no guarantee that you will ever get food when you enter this restaurant. People are made to wait for hours in the table without taking their order and frustrated they leave.
