Al-daaz is a 200 seater multicuisine fine dining restaurant located in HSR layout. Al daaz likes giving more and their motto is to provide quantity and quality at an affordable price. Tasted following dishes and had a great experience:
🍱 Crispy chicken strips The strips are tender, juicy, crispy and flavourful. A single plate comes with a good quantity of chicken strips with peri peri masala and mayonnaise. The crispyness of the Chicken and creamy tartness of the Mayo makes this dish "Finger Licking Good"
🍱 Al Fahm chicken seekh kebab As you break the seekh kebab the juiciness ooze out of it. It has to be devoured as soon as it is served, hot and soft. the smoky flamboyance of the outerlayer is complemented by the flavourful mince inside.
🍱 Kebab wings The glorious fiery red-looking chicken kebab wings are fried chicken with a crispy outerlayer. The pieces consist of wingettes and drumettes both. Chicken inside the crispy layer is soft and juicy.
🍱 Crispy Chicken Burger The burger, a surprise continental dish, comes with lots of nachos, sachets of tomato sauce. The burger is a humongous, super meal in itself. It consists of a thick n meaty piece of crispy chicken patty along with veggies, layers of cheese sandwiched between burger breads. Each bite creates riot of textures and flavours in the tastebuds.
🍱 Tandoori chicken The boneless chicken fillets are grilled to perfection in a host of rustic spices. The marinade penetrates deep inside the chicken making it a delicious and savoury bite. The richness of the flavours coats the palate, permeating every pore of it.
🍱 BBQ chicken meal This is literally a meal in itself. It comes with two pieces of soft and fluffy nun, smoking hot flaboured jeera-samba rice,a bowl of thick sweet salan, four chicken leg pieces slowcooked in assorted spices, mayonnaise, a thick raita and a glass of cold drinks. Every component of this dish is like an instrument which creates a symphony on your tastebuds. A must have in Al-Daaz. The raita in particular is a standout for the buttery texture which now a days is rare.
🍱 Chilly Prawns This is their one of the best chinese dishes. The large sized prawns are soft and tender, cooked to utmost excellence in the semi gravy. This dish is a medley of flavours and textures. The best part about this dish is the spices/sauce do not overpower the taste of the prawns.
🍱 Crispy fried fish Being a perfect appetizer in itself, this dish comes with fish fillets which are crispy and golden on the outside but juicy and moist inside. Combined with Mayo dip, a must try dish for the perfect balance of consistency and taste

Read moreI had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at Al Dazz, HSR Layout. Honestly, I would never expect such unprofessional and biased behavior from a restaurant that claims to provide good service.
We were sitting peacefully at our table when suddenly the staff came and told us to shift to the other side because they had closed that section. Without creating any issue, we respected their request and quietly moved to the other side. But to our shock, within just 5–10 minutes, another family came and sat exactly in the same section where we were sitting earlier — and the staff allowed them without any problem. No one asked them to shift, no one said a word. This was completely unacceptable and insulting.
What kind of attitude is this? If a section was really closed, then why were we told to move while others were entertained in the same spot? This shows clear bias and extremely poor management. Such behavior makes customers feel disrespected and unwanted.
To make things worse, the place where we were forced to sit was full of mosquitoes, and the atmosphere was highly uncomfortable. Instead of providing us with a pleasant dining experience, the staff ruined it with their rude and careless approach. It felt like we were being treated unfairly and pushed around for no reason.
Restaurants should treat all customers equally and with respect. The way the staff handled this situation was ridiculous, insensitive, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise people to think twice before visiting this place, because good food alone cannot cover up for such pathetic service and behavior.
Absolutely disappointed and would never recommend Al...
Read moreI had been hearing about this place from many people both in my family and friend circle and decided to give it a try yesterday. As expected there was a huge waiting crowd even at 12.15 am and the place was jam packed. I wondered that this place has hit in the right spot concering the Bangalore taste bud. Three tables were occupied by familiar faces of my own relatives. As warned we got our table after 20 minutes of waiting and food right after another 20 minutes. All I can say is that the food was worth the wait. The service was exceptionally god even after so much crowd inflow, waiting and eating at the same time. The tables were spotlessly clean and the restaurant actually knew its business very well. The food served was unique in taste, crisp in presentation and amazingly good in quantity. The pricing is a delight especially if the members are more as the quantity will go fully used without takeouts. Their pizzas, chicken strips, prawns, ice cream and sheeks are why the complete çrowd from frazer town, hbr, rt nagar and shivajinagar travel down here in groups to savour the delights. A place like this cannot afford a reservation process too because the waiting crowd would create havoc seeing empty tables not being given to waiting people. Overall a well managed place with good parking place for cars and two wheelers, great ambience with appreciable service topped by unique food taste that is available only here and nowhere else...
