The food is good, but this 1 star goes for the rude behaviour of the service staff. We ordered food in self service and after payment, got to know that they have a service hall inside. Had a discussion with the service staff and went inside after agreeing to pay 25% extra for each items in the bill as the service/AC charges. After finishing, they came with a bloated bill and when asked to clarify, started arguing that they mentioned 25 rs extra for each item. After taking this up to another person and looking into a separate bill for the same items in the service hall, the difference became evident. While paying the (extra) correct amount, he was cursing at us. The self service area staff are polite and well mannered. But really need to reconsider they way they're treating the customers who are going inside the service hall. Never visiting this outlet...

Unless you want a chow chow bath with hair particles and small rocks , I think you will be fine with sambar Vada. But who knows? Sadly, they don't change the item , when you mention these problems to them while eating, which is strange. Instead, they would ask you to try another plate of the same item, for free, to see if we are lucky or not the second time. I had no guts to try another chow chow bath plate even if they promised me that the second plate would be free. So I told them I didn't want to try another free plate. The waiter was very rude and was forcing us to order fast. Seating place is cramped and the washroom was flooded. Couldn't even enter to wash hands. And the food was way below average.. Worst experience.. went with our entire family to have dinner, but turned out to be a nightmare. There are times when we had just the tiffin items and even their taste was not so good. It's unfortunate that we are forced to try out different dishes from this place only cause it's the closest one which is at a walkable distance, but every time it's been disappointing. Please change the entire staff is possible.. Only good person is...
