Hey! Recently visited Stories RR Nagar on a Friday night and I had a great experience đŻ. Coming to ambience it has a beautiful mini waterfall and a 2 floor rooftop concept, with beautiful lighting and a chill atmosphere this is the perfect place to enjoy and have a blast with your friends.
Coming to food we tried various starters, main course , desserts and we totally loved the dishes
For starters we had wok tossed prawns, chicken lollipop, chicken ghee roast, loaded french fries, malai broccoli, mushroom and the amazing non veg platter. The plating and taste of most of the dishes were amazing. The chicken ghee roast was spicy and really tastyđŻ. The wok tossed prawns had some tender prawns tossed in a pan with various sauces which resulted in an amazing dish. The non veg platter is what I loved the most. The fish tikka , chicken wings ,tandoori and malai chicken tasted fabulous and went very well with the 4-5 dips offered .
Coming to mocktails the stories special and the Ferrero rocher milkshake was really lovely, they weren't overly sweet which made it a good drink.
Coming to main course we tried the veg pizza , chicken and veg penne pesto pasta and barbeque paneer sizzler. The pesto pasta with garlic bread was what I loved the most. The barbeque paneer with sauted veggies and rice on a sizzler plate was tastyđ
Coming to my favourite parts desserts đ We tried the brownie with ice cream and the cheesecake. The gooey brownie in stories is what I've always loved and with ice cream and chocolate sauce it was heavenly đ¤¤. The cheesecake was consistent and tasty it wasn't too sweet which is the reason I like.
Coming to the safety measures and service everything was well taken care. The service is very efficient and swift.
Overall I really loved my experience at stories RR nagar and recommend it to everyone who want to have a good time with...
Read moreWe recently visited Stories RR Nagar, and what a vibe. Spread across three floors with ample seating area, this place serves amazing appetisers, cocktails and the most important combo: beer and hookah.
Stories has always been synonymous with good food and drinks. So when I heard they a new menu titled as âFlavorsofTheSeasonâ , I knew I had to try it. Check out their detailed menu:
BREAD & POTATO PATTIES WITH SCHEZWAN MAYO DIP Served with Rendang Mayo: this is a perfect starter for vegetarians, non vegetarians will equally enjoy it.
MAKKAI ROTI OPEN TACO Served with Sarson Ka Saag, Pickled Onion, Fox Nut & Cheese: for someone whoâs searching for something healthy yet fancy, this is your match. Amazing fusion and great presentation.
ANANAS KI CHAAT Served With Crispy Chakli, Pineapple Cream & A Trio Of Chutneys: an amazing twist to pineapple, not your regular grilled pineapple.
KASHMIRI ALOO DUM Served with Chur Chur Naan & Apple Slaw: I have always had churchur naan with chana masala , but this kashmiri aloo dum also felt like a strong competitor to chana masala.
GOSHT NIHARI WITH KESAR TAFTAAN BREAD Served with Pears & Apple Slaw: they had nailed this nihari and it paired so well the taftaan bread.
MUTTON YAKHNI PULAO Served with Nihari Gravy and Lachha Salad: if you donât feel like ordering your regular biryani or pulao, go for this yakhni pulao. The rice was so well infused with the flavors of mutton and it was so good that I didnât need the Nihari gravy. This yakhni pulao was complete in itself.
Some of the other items you can try: crispy fish, chili fish, chicken ghee roast.
Of course you canât leave without desserts and they had some amazing desserts to offer as well. Recommended: DATES PUDDING WITH BOURBON TOFFEE SAUCE Served with Vanilla Ice Cream
Courteous staff serving with a smile , you just have to sit and enjoy your...
Read moreAbsolutely pathetic service, food & messed up orders. They take forever to show up at your tables and after you've placed the order, you have to literally plead them to serve the food. Tried butter garlic prawns, pepper chicken, pizza, soups, kulcha, gobi manchurian. Everything was undercooked or bland or outright inedible and by the time they serve, the food is already cold - then wait for cutlery begins. Ordered a gravy suggested by the waiter, that took another 30 minutes eventually got a different gravy, when asked I was told this is what you ordered and finally when leaving got 2 different gravies, actual gravy showed up & Kulchas were burnt. Billing - they ask you for the items that you ordered - shows they don't even know what they are doing.
Go here if you want to some pictures of the ambience for social media, If you're going there to eat you will be hugely disappointed - Youâd better have something in the fridge at home. - Bad in every way a restaurant can possibly be bad.
Finally, 10% Service charge for non existent service. I was given so called 20% discount & was told Kulcha, Gravy will be not billed but later realised it was included & discount waste just a jumla.
Btw, I see a pattern in the reviews - Reminds of waiters nudging for it, Most of it has a similar structure of write up like the same set of folks reviewing from customer's phone - personal experience from couple of other restaurants won't be surprised if it happens here too. (Check out reviews praising Tenzin, Choton & Croton) Reviews ending with................ Shows a trend of fake forced reviews.
Finally, the valet drives your car like a Formula One Champion.
