My inaugural and, regrettably, final visit to this restaurant was marred by an unpleasant encounter that left an indelible mark on my dining experience. A group of eight friends and I ventured to the establishment with anticipation, only to be met with a level of rudeness from both the manager and our waiter that was beyond comprehension.

As the evening progressed, it became apparent that haste was the prevailing theme among the staff. Our waiter seemed more preoccupied with rushing through the service than ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere. This sense of urgency reached its pinnacle when the bill arrived, and we decided to split it among ourselves. The manager's response was nothing short of shocking; he approached our table with an air of condescension, questioning our ability to pay and implying that we were unwelcome if we couldn't foot the entire bill.

The manager's behavior was not just discourteous; it was outright humiliating. His words were laced with rudeness and insensitivity, leaving our group taken aback and genuinely appalled. Attempting to reason or seek an amicable resolution proved futile as the manager remained unyielding in his discourteous stance.

Such an encounter is inexcusable in the hospitality industry, where patrons expect a modicum of respect and professionalism. It's disheartening to recount an experience that compelled one of my friends to restrain themselves from reacting physically to the manager's verbal assault.

In light of this appalling incident, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. No culinary experience, regardless of its potential delights, is worth subjecting oneself to such blatant disrespect. The place is really good for what family dining or for friends or large groups to gather and party. The food is good with the price range economical. The place is neat and hygiene in comparison to the other dhabas around. There's space even for kids section. The place has some good ambience with lawn and trees around. Parking is no hassle and the restaurant itself is visible from moving traffic lot of reviewers mark that It might be cool to try great tea. The courteous staff meets you at this restaurant all year round. Guests mention that the service is enjoyable here. When inside, the atmosphere is calm. I recently dined at this restaurant, and overall, it was a pretty underwhelming experience. To start with, the ambiance feels more like a roadside dhaba than a proper restaurant, with nothing special in terms of decor or comfort. It's very basic, almost to the point of being dull. For the price they charge, you would expect much more refinement.

Speaking of price, the restaurant is quite expensive, and honestly, the food doesn't live up to those prices. The taste was just average – nothing stood out or made me feel like it was worth the high cost. If you're paying a premium, you'd expect some level of culinary expertise, but that was missing here.

The restroom also left much to be desired, lacking cleanliness and proper maintenance. It's one of those things that just adds to the overall dissatisfaction.
