Read moreThis incident happened few weeks back. After a long back we came to visit Bengaluru and by the time we reached it was nearly 3.30pm peak lunch time. We chose tharavadu hotel from swiggy for lunch as we had gud experience with this restaurent in the past. Ordered few porotas and chicken vazhatiath( kerala style) and the bill costs nearly 500Rs. It took 20-30 minutes for them to deliver the food as we were staying in the near by lodge. We got shocked after seeing the delivered items. The chicken vazhattiyath was just an absolutely pathetic dish. Its kind of amaturely prepared dish with very less in quanity. It was even very less in quantity for one single person and they had charged 300 plus Rs for that damn curry. I barely managed to eat it while my wife didnt take it. Never had this kind of worst experience from any kerala restaurents in bangalore. I really wished to call swiggy for refund but due to tight schedule didnt think about it. Providing food with Low quality and less quantity at a very higher price is a kind of cheating their customers . Hope you people should bring up some kind of ethics in ur business

Read moreI had fud from here two times... making me to take a decision to not to go there anymore.. ambience and hospitality is fine but that doesn't means to get compromised with the wuality of food they serve. Had meals and fis curry... to start with- rice was not properly cooked. It was like hard stone.. fish curry was also there in the side dishes without salt.. I've ordered a fish curry separately.. they said its chilly fish curry. But what i felt was like fish in egg gravy.. the fish was not so properly washed and cleaned bcoz of which there was a bad taste in the fish... and finally to the price.. a normal meals cost you 50/- elsewhere but here the same meals cost you 90/- here... for a fish curry 130/- - double the normal rate. I had a lime juice also which cost you 20/- instead of 10/-.. remeber its not soda lime, just lime juice...
Decided not to be...
