I had been a loyal customer of Al-Khaja Restaurant and often enjoyed their food, especially the Mutton Mandi. Unfortunately, my recent visit turned out to be a highly disappointing and distressing experience.

While dining at the restaurant last night, the quality of the mutton in the Mandi was terrible. We decided to address this issue with the staff. Initially, we spoke with the bearer, but he showed no willingness to resolve the matter or even provide an explanation. Feeling unheard, we requested to speak with the manager.

The manager, Mr. Imran, approached us, but instead of addressing our concerns professionally, his behavior was deeply intimidating. He refused to listen to us and stared at us in an aggressive manner that made me and my friend extremely uncomfortable and scared. His hostile attitude was shocking and unacceptable.

As a local customer from Mangampalya, I felt disrespected and unsafe. I expected at least an apology or a constructive discussion, but instead, the experience was unnecessarily confrontational. Such behavior from a manager is alarming, and it reflects poorly on the establishment.

I sincerely urge the restaurant’s owner to reconsider the kind of staff they hire, as this type of unprofessional and intimidating conduct drives away loyal customers. To anyone planning to visit Al-Khaja, please be cautious.

my recent visit turned out to be a highly disappointing and distressing experience. I ordered brosted chicken butter chicken , biryani and paratha , I told the waiter 4-5 times to bring me the broasted chicken first and main course later , but he brought everything together and kept it on the table. The paratha had completely cooled down, when I tasted the butter chicken, it was not butter chicken at all, it was a normal spicy chicken masala I told everything to a guy sitting at the billing counter, then he called the waiter and he took it to the chef for checking, then the chef confirmed to him that this is not butter chicken. When I told the guy sitting at the counter, he said that so many people are sitting here and no one has any complaint. He was very rude and was not listening to me. Then the waiter was giving me the parcel of leftover chicken masala. Very rude behaviour very bad experience I will never go there again for sure.

Please teach the people who sitting at the counter , give some manners or give them training on how to handle customers
