Third Wave Coffee — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I use to be in love with the third wave coffee ever since I tried their tea and coffee until today. Just like other days, I ordered my usual masala tea n classic cold coffee from here through zomato. And just had my worst ever experience, the tea was sour in taste and the same was for coffee. To my surprise the milk they used in both cases was spoiled. How can you use sour spoiled milk to make tea and coffee and then have the courtesy to serve it to people knowing it's an online order. Ofcourse you won't do it to the store customer knowing they will get it replaced instantly. On the top the number you shared on zomato is...

I tried cappuccino , but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The drink was very watery and lacked flavor, making it quite disappointing. While taste is subjective, this one did not live up to my expectations.

That being said, the atmosphere of the coffee shop was great, but the staff were not very welcoming. I appreciated their attention to detail in preparing the drink, but unfortunately, it just wasn't up to par.

I hope that the coffee shop can take this feedback and improve the quality of their cappuccinos so that future customers can have a better...

I love this place.. and they serve amazing coffee.. Also their shredded chicken wrap is my fav.. I just had a weird experience.. i ordered for a plain cold Mocha frappe. I was billed for mocha chocochip frappe.. which definately costed more and didnt have any chocochips. Also I heard him say choco chip mocha but dont add choco chip i thot its not my order. I dunno why i paid extra.. even though a small amount it aint correct to...
