Pizza Hut | Whitefield, Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Not so happy with the service , hope the staffs can learn some manner how to treat customer . Ordered unlimited non veg meal for one person -329/-,had to wait for 40 minutes more. When we tried sharing , the staff asked us to pay more 329/- for same platter . Absolutely happy that they are following their rules , my question is why can't they follow when it comes to time? ( They will say 25 minutes)

I would recommend the staff to have some polite manner / he was rude tone when he insisted that I got to pay for the one bite of pizza that I took it from my friend . Paying money is not a big deal what matters is how you treat the customer. This is my first ever visit to Pizza Hut , felt not to visit anymore again to this place . When it comes to food , it's okay / ambience is quite neat and clean . One more happy thing is atleast that billing guy is calm and polite when he talks to customer . He helped me to try the good Paneer pizza , glad that he was not rude as the other one . I happily paid money , hope the staff will mind the way of talking and moreover when they can expect us to follow their rules , I wish they can follow their words of commitment to . Overall, it's a good place to dine in. Maybe my experience with the staff is bad , food is good and neat . I had one of the best dine in experiences at Pizza Hut, Whitefield recently, and I can’t stop raving about it!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and seated comfortably. A special mention to Hyzam, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was super friendly, well informed about the menu, and his hospitality really stood out. It felt more like being served at a friend’s place than at a busy restaurant!

We tried the Veggie Lover’s Pan Pizza along with Spicy Baked Chicken Wings both were absolutely mouth-watering. The pizza was cheesy, fresh, and had the perfect crust, and the wings had just the right kick of spice.

The service was prompt, the staff was courteous, and the whole vibe was just right for a relaxing meal. Whether you’re catching up with friends, on a family outing, or just craving some classic Pizza Hut comfort food this is the place to be.

Had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut, Whitefield recently, and I just had to share it! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. But what really made our visit unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from Hyzam he treated us with genuine warmth, patience, and professionalism. 👏

We ordered the Triple Chicken Feast Pan Pizza and it was absolutely delicious loaded with flavors, perfectly baked, and served piping hot. The cheesy garlic bread and the Choco Volcano cake were the cherry on top!

Hyzam made sure we were comfortable, helped us choose the best combos, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. The service felt personal and sincere a rare find these days!

To all of you out there in Bangalore if you’re anywhere near Whitefield, do yourself a favor and drop by this Pizza Hut outlet. Great food, even better people, and a meal you’ll definitely remember. 🍕❤️
