HAD TO TAKE THE TIME OUT TO WRITE A REVIEW OF THIS RESORT. Stayed at this resort during new year's time last year. Terrible experience. Deserves zero stars. Positives : The front desk staff and the dining area staff were very polite and welcoming.

Negatives: This place is nowhere close to how a 5 star resort should be and for the price that they charge. Deserves to be called a 1 star resort for the kind of service they provide. Absolutely pathetic room service.

1. Unhygienic room maintenance. The floor was dirty and sticky, of course they do provide room slippers but if you by any chance forget to wear them for even a minute or two you will end up with black dirty soles in your feet. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, balcony was poorly maintained, doors were dirty and dusty. Very unhygienic maintenance of the entire room.

2. Coming to in room dining service. They'll provide you with a big menu card with many food items all of which are exorbitantly overpriced. When you call up to order any item from the menu that THEY have provided, the only answer you will get is 'we don't have that item' for EVERY item on the menu. They will tell you that they have only ONE item which you might want to order just because you are too hungry, we ordered that one item and it's taste was pathetic. Not freshly prepared, it was cold and tasted bad. So don't keep the menu in rooms if the only answer for every order is 'we don't have that item'. Write the one bad tasting item's name on a piece of paper and keep it in the room.

3. Getting someone to replace/refill inroom items like coffee, tea, sugar sachets etc and bathroom toiletries was a terrble experience. With four women in the family we will obviously need a lot more toiletry items, so when I called a maintenance staff guy to refill the toiletry items and he stared at me as if I had asked him to give away his kidney to me. We are tea drinkers so we had the same experience with the tea, sugar sachets etc refilling, he stared as if I had asked him to give away his 2nd kidney to me. Lol.

Overall a horrible staying experience. Definitely shouldn't be called a 5 star resort. Don't waste your money. Unhygienic and dirty room maintenance. Rude room maintenance staff. Bad inroom dining experience. Not staying...
